First time, wonderful visit. Great vibe right when you walk in. I greeted and checked in very quickly with a smile. Hair cut by Devon, amazing, she listened to me and gave me a great cut, I've had a lot of really nice comments. Definitely this is my new hair care home

Love Asante Salon! Been going here for over a year, Taylor is amazing and always makes my hair beautiful whether its a cut, color, or balayage. The front desk is also so nice and helpful.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the way my recent appointment experience was handled. At no point during the booking process was I informed of a policy that charges the full service fee for cancellations or changes. This lack of transparency is not only unprofessional but feels intentionally misleading.
Additionally, my interaction with the front desk staff was extremely unpleasant. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and displayed a concerning level of unprofessionalism. Her tone and behavior came across as disrespectful, especially toward female clients, which is completely unacceptable in any setting—particularly one focused on customer care.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and review your communication and customer service protocols to ensure that all clients are treated fairly and respectfully.

Had a hair disaster and these amazing ladies cleaned it up great for me. They were very quick and very informative on what had happened with my other barber! Service and Atmosphere were fantastic! Would highly recommend!!!

I called in last minute to see if someone could tone my highlights which were not the best tone for me. I got an appointment with Taylor and she was amazing. I showed her a couple photos of what i wanted and she mixed up the perfect formula and replicated it exactly on my hair. Highly recommend going to her, she was so nice and super meticulous with her work

I travel over an hour to have my hair done with Kristen. Kristen is a very experienced, mindful, talented and adventurous stylist. I trust her with my hair and feel that she will always use her best judgment. Navigating me through my hair journey. To keep the integrity of my hair and making me feel my best. I highly recommend booking with Kristen and booking in advance.

I went in for a partial balayage, it is barley visible. Spent 500 plus $ on nothing!!! When I pointed it out that it is not framing my face she told me that i should come in for a full balayage. I have to part my hair in ways that the highlights are atleast slightly visible. Also since my base color is black its not visible! What is the point of balayage then? They should have warned me earlier that it is not going to be visible on my hair and my waste my time!

I have been a loyal Asante customer for over 13 years, and they have always done an amazing job listening to what I wanted and delivering a perfect cut every time. But over the past 2 years or so I have slowly watched their prices increase exponentially. To put it in perspective, when I started going there I paid about $40 for a men's cut, the last cut I got at Asante cost me over $120 with tip. It is like they are trying to price out all their base customers or something, the cost is just absurd. I used to go every other month, then it became every 3 months, then a couple times a year.
Now I am at the point I need to find a new salon, because the price hikes have ensured I can no longer be an Asante customer after more than a decade of patronage.
I am not happy about this, because the people there are fantastic and I always walk away satisfied with my cut. But some of us cannot afford $120 haircuts when food and living costs are so insane right now.

Extremely disappointed. My kiddo wanted some dusty rose highlights and shorter hair with some layers. Got uneven, really bad haircut and barely visible highlights, that took 3+ hours to make (and remake in the middle, because the first attempt was too pink). $420 spent for nothing. Such an embarrassment for the salon.

This review is long overdue!! I’ve been going to see Jennifer for years! Both my sister and I have curly hair. I referred her to Jennifer, and we’ve both been seeing her exclusively ever since! She always is honest about what will work or not work on me, and she makes me look great every time! Last time I saw her, she was telling me about other curly haired stylists and their techniques. She is always learning from others and incorporating it into her work! It’s so refreshing to find someone that actually cuts curly hair and has curls herself, so she knows firsthand what she’s doing. She’s just a whiz at her craft. I keep moving further away from Redmond, but it’s so worth it to see her!! If you have curls, make your appt with Jennifer!! She’s worth the wait!!

Visited Asante couple of days ago on my sister’s recommendation and I must say am so glad I did! My stylist was Ashley I was sooo happy with her work! She gave me a haircut exactly as I wanted and I am not even exaggerating.
Guys, just ask for Ashley when you visit Asante! She’s wonderful! Definitely going there every time am in Redmond, Seattle!

I've been to Asante a couple of times now and had a really great experience. I'm in my 40s, and Ashley has made my hair look as good as its looked since I was about 25. She really does a superb job on color. Prices are high, but sometimes you get what you pay for.
