I really appreciate Jas going up and above and we had a bad experience at a different store in Issaquah, WA and he made all this good and made us believe in AT&T again. Thk u Jas for your respect and kindness to us- highly recommend him to get a raise if he worked for me I would he's worth his weight in gold!

I lost my phone on the slopes and needed a new one. I was assisted by the wonderful Carolina at this location. She was so helpful and professional. During my visit the entire staff was super friendly and fun helping me find my new phone. I can sleep better knowing Carolina is out there saving lives.

I’ve been a business member for a year a so and this store front as been my point of contact. Lord is my witness, the customer service is as terrible as it can be. I returned an iPhone unopened to this office and they never accounted it right and it was sold to someone else and never accounted on my account as a return. 3 months later I get a bill for an iPhone I never used and it took 4 hours on the phone for me to go to the store and find their mistake. They put my box somewhere else to be shipped and sold to another customer. Now, it’s not expected 1 month for me to get my credit back and I don’t even get an apology. This has taken my free time away dealing with this.Also, in my previous visits the employees and store manager constantly use their phone texting, sending gifs or using social media as a distraction which makes it feel like I’m not even in a store. The sales floor feels like their break room. I ended my business account and took my business else where.. Absolute waste of time… Corporate needs to watch this store asap.
