Mark really went above and beyond to look into a car for me. Though, I didn't end up using his full serves in the end (due to my unique situation), he was still very communicative, reliable and HONEST. Which I believe speaks volumes about his character and integrity! 10/10 would recommend!

I didn’t know what to expect when I needed to get a bike appraised. Mark exceeded expectations, was incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, professional, and incredibly efficient and timely. Turns out I was stressed about nothing, and I can’t say how much I appreciate it!

Mike would not know the value of a dime. He rolled up in a lowered volvo wagon and appraised my classic car collection for more than double what I have in to them. He never asked a single question about their history, didn't start them or even ask for the keys. He didn't account for any of the work needed or done already. His valuation was virtually a random value based 100% upon appearance.

Mark, you're a gem! Your thorough explanation was honorable! Even though we're not going to be working together, the time you spent explaining was invaluable. I've made up my decision after 2 months of going back and forth on this nausea inducing transaction. Thanks so much from North Beach/Seattle! Take wonderful care. Had a fantastic experience with this company. I presented them with an rare import car and appraising this was not easy, but they were up to the challenge and communicated with me well every step of the way. Returned my appraisal before titling deadline and I agreed with the accuracy of the pricing. There is no way this experience could be better, very professional agent worked with me, and I ended up feeling good about what I had.
