Autosys told us to do free of cost inspection for free estimate for the problem. Charged us $21 in consumables and other fees. This was despite upfront confirmation that there will not be any charges. They hold my vehicle for couple of hours for which they could have easily given me the estimate while being at the shop.
I got estimates at $170 per hour for labor for 30 minutes of work. Everywhere the labor cost $125 per hour
Autosys, I am sorry you, lost one customer right away.

We have been using Autosys consistently for almost 10 years now. They have taken great care of multiple cars and given us sound reasonable advice. We know that we can trust their guidance that they are taking care of our cars as if they were their own. Most recently they texted me to remind me of my oil change, I wouldāve missed it without them.
And to make it even more amazing because I happen to book my appointment on Valentineās Day, they gave me a rose!

These guys were awesome! As a woman who doesn't know much about cars I felt comfortable and everything was explained to me honestly, clearly and professionally. Their pricing is very reasonable and I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Can't say enough enough good things! Highly recommend! We're now loyal customers! Thanks guys!!

Iām not going to lie, I absolutely love this shop, itās the best place to bring youāre vehicle too and the only shop I will ever trust, Iāve written 4 reviews on this company over the last 8 years Iāve been seeing them and every time itās a 5 star review, Iāve broken so many parts off-roading and this is the only shop that will ever take it to and will know for a fact they will take care of me, I highly recommend this shop to get any service done, the professionalism from the staff and how timely the repairs are done are unbeatable, thank you Mike and thank you Autosys for taking care of me and my jeep wrangler

Donāt bring your car here unless you want to spend lot of money unnecessarily, I was asked to change too many spares and charged too much (almost twice the national average - 1300$+ ) for a brake job only front ā¦ stay away ā¦

I'm editing the review to say that we have been customers for more than 5 years and always had the best experience. We also referred our friends and they had a equal great experience.
We had the best experience with them. They came to help my wife when her car had a problem with the key. Not only they sent someone to fix that issue on spot but they also helped us get a new key and fixed another issue without charging us extra. I definitely recommend them and they will be my to go place for any issues we have with our cars

Iāve been going to Auto Sys for 6-7 years now. These dudes always look out for you. They treat you well and DO NOT nickel and dime you while keeping you up to date the whole way.
This diminutive block of text canāt do these guys justice.
Example - My car is an absolute nightmare with the previous owner doing backyard mechanic work and parts being on back order. Did it take longer than expected? Yes. Did they go above and beyond and do it right? Yes.
Thatās what is important, they did it right. I wouldnāt trade that for anything.

These guys are AMAZING! My father and I were on our way out of town last week when the serpentine belt on his 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 heavy duty diesel got completely shredded. We had the truck towed over to these guys as they were very close to where we had broken down. We got the truck there at 1pm and they were able to locate, get and install the new belt as well as look for any other damage; and have us back on the road before 5pm!!
The icing on the cake? Total bill was about $400 less than what we were betting on!
I never take my vehicle into the shop for work as I have the knowledge and tools to do most things myself. And past experiences with shops has further solidified my views on trusting no mechanics.. However, the guys at Autosys have definitely earned mine (and my father's) respect and future business!!
Thanks guys We will be using you from now on!!

I have to start by saying AWESOME people! I called today (Saturday) and asked if they could squeeze us in as our driver side mirror broke off and the part just came in. They got us in ASAP & repaired the mirror within 30 mins. The front desk lady and man were so sweet and told us about the shop, their background etc. Love that this shop is family owned and that the staff loves working there so much- it shows a good business! Mike helped us install the mirror (and I wish I remembered the front desk guys name? he was so sweet too!) Very honest shop, they go above and beyond. We will be back. Thank you again!

Iāve had nearly a thirty year relationship with AUTOSYS ( previously ā that muffler and brake shopā) and found no need to look for a a better full service company to maintain my trucks.
These folks are like family to my wife Lois and I !
My truck has nearly four hundred thousand miles . They know my truck and treat it as though it was brand new.
Their knowledge and professional performance are impeccable .
