Terrible noises. Even though this is a new building, but horrible with noises. Upstair neighbors are walking heavily on your head DAY and NIGHT, and you can feel the room and wall is shaking terribly all the time. Can hear baby crying all nights, and dog barking in day times and neighbors raise their dogs on the balcony in summer makes it even worse. Package got stolen several times. Strong curry and body smells in the floor and elevators. Do not come and live this place unless you have no where else to live.

I am satisfied with this apartment, where I have been living for almost 1 year. The apartment has all the modern facilities and I have rarely encountered any problems.The building and the lifts are always clean.There is an Amazon hub for the couriers, which makes it convenient to collect and ensures that your package is safe.The maintenance staff is friendly and responsive. They finish my requests in a day or two. I have not interacted much with the management team, but they have been helpful each time. They also arrange food trucks in the community often.The location is very handy, as it is near MS office, park is right behind the building, food outlets and grocery stores are close by, and there is a bus stop in front.I would recommend this place.

My elderly parents have been living here for several years now. What they especially love about the place is its wonderful and caring management team. They really care about my parents' special needs and are always there to accommodate them. For example, Kacie, the manager, is so warm and caring. She went out of her way to work with the Avalon's West coast office in San Francisco to help extend my parents' lease and deal with all their worries (my parents were just not in a condition to move).Thank you Esterra Park team!

The community is top notch, close to Microsoft and many grocery stores and restaurants. Special thanks to Brittany, for a wonderful leasing experience and a thoughtful welcome kit. Rilley and other staff members are helpful and friendly to residents.

The office team has been bringing very arrogant attitude toward my questions. Asked why didn’t we get an announcement over the elevator that’s been broken for a month, the manager just said: we are working on it. Giving you this hint of why did you dare to ask this question? And that I’m inferior as a resident here, and that for my race I was not in the place to ask any questions. Requested to see skip manager to talk about communication issues, got no response. Plan to move out in near future.If you are a higher manager seeing this, you want to know something is going pretty wrong in this office and you might want to do some secret investigation. You are losing residents because of them.

Beware! Persistent electrical issue preventing portable AC use for over a year in my $50k/yr, 3-bed unit. Indoor temp hits 88°F while working from home. Marshall, a great maintenance guy, tried to solve it, but the problem persists. Avalon had an electrician stop by 2 months ago, but they haven't sent a quote yet. Management lacks empathy and urgency to solve. Their solution is to run an industrial-grade extension cord from the kitchen island across the living room floor. It's a fire and tripping hazard, and it's laughable. It's a ridiculous talking point when guests are over.

This place is absolutely wonderful to live in; the community is exceptionally clean and respectful. I had the pleasure of interacting with the management office, particularly with Sam and Courtney, who were both incredibly caring and helpful. I can't praise them enough for their attentiveness and assistance. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live.

Avalon staff is great! Ready to help whenever needed. Jenna was amazing to work with for our move in. We came almost at the last minute on Saturday, she made sure our move in was successful otherwise we would have to stay in hotel for three days.

I wish I could give 0 star for avalon. I have been avalon resident from 2018. I thought I will keep living in avalon until they have changed leasing office members back to 2022. For example Lacey Overholt works as a general manager in leasing office, and she was so mean and unreasonable, with extremely rude and unprofessional way. Because of the messy organization and so much inconvenience, I decided to leave this community.

The staff here is very friendly and quick to respond to service calls. When I misplaced my key fob one night and the after-hours maintenance staff didn’t show up for 4+ hours, the staff gave me a new key fob for free the next day! When there was a flea infestation in the courtyard, they had pest control out there the very next morning. When the hallway carpet was flooding, it only took a couple days to cleanup and was easy to navigate around. Whenever there was an early morning fire alarm that went off prompting evacuation, they would always let me know the cause whenever I asked. During my time living there, according to Avalon, most of the time the building alarms went off only due to the dishwasher in the retail unit (Dogtopia) below us. Any time the trash chute room overflowed, the staff was sure to send out a community reminder email for residents to properly dispose of their garbage/recycle. They were always quick to remove any abandoned shopping carts around the building and outdoor littered trash was tended to in a timely manner. The Avalon Team is great at keeping the residents in the know during emergencies, when there was a stabbing on our street they made sure to send an email the next morning reminding us all to take precautions and not let any unwelcome guests into the building. It is a great location with a bus stop right outside the building with friendly and quiet neighbors.
