Bellevue Healthcare provided a lifesaver when my son broke his foot. Renting a scooter made his two weeks of non-weight bearing much more manageable. The staff at the rental location were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone in need of mobility assistance!

With a knee replacement a month away, with dr. prescription in hand, I went into the showroom with my list of items I would need. Although I did some online research of the various needed equipment, seeing the numerous options in the showroom left me unsure of what to get. Upon walking in, there were 2 people who I had no clue if they were employees or customers. No one greeted me; I walked around looking at what was in the showroom and noone came to help me. Finally, I approached the two asking if they worked there, and one hesitantly got up. I explained my situation and the employee walked me around and showed me where the equipment was - uhmmm - I already saw it but didn't know which one to select. The employee said - whichever you want. Makes no difference. I then presented my rx, which rx was on signed by doctor, on official doctor paper, and also gave the official diagnosis. The employee glanced at it and told me that this was not sufficient and that the doctor's office would need to provide a detailed explanation as to why I would need the equipment - in spite of the official diagnosis listed on the rx. I was getting frustrated at that point and just left. This business USED to be outstanding - back 10 years ago when I would bring my elderly mother in for equipment selection. I remember the attentive attention and help that was provided when she was making a selection to purchase one of the medical recliners. It was the same attentiveness that they showed when she was getting her canes and walkers. Today, not even close. It is as if they don't care, have no interest whether they help you or not. Given that this is a very stressful time for any person, let alone a patient, this is not a business I will be returning to nor recommending to anyone.

Josh at this location was GREAT to work with via phone. I was looking for a specific rollator for my mother-in-law (MIL). I am specific largely in part b/c I am an outpatient physical therapist and I know exactly want I need for my MIL. Josh did some internal research and called me back within 10 minutes of our first phone call for an update - their location does not have the exact rollator yet his company in Everett does. MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

I am writing this for my dear centenarian friend. This company is terrible! Each time she has problems with her chair, they are slow to respond. They are always noncommittal about when they can come. Getting in touch with them is very difficult. Her chair had died while she was outside in the driveway which left her stranded. She was very glad when they came out to look at the chair. Unfortunately, they could not fix it and they have no loaners for people to use. Today they finally brought her two new batteries (after a 2 week wait) and they weren’t even charged. Therefore, it is impossible to check to be sure that the batteries were the problem. They dropped off the batteries at 1 pm. It is now 7:00 pm and they are still charging. She depends on this chair. She is very concerned that it still won’t work. The technician was not able to check if it operated correctly at all.

First, I called to get my mom a rollator and the dr had filled out the RX wrong. I tried to get clarification from the women on the phone but I was met with incredible rudeness. She called my names and told me I was stupid, then when I asked her to clarify what she needed from me she told me to "figure it out." As a medical professional myself I was appalled. I was doing the leg work for my mother but as someone who is also disabled, I cannot imagine being met with this rudeness while trying to navigate getting myself medical equipment, I simply would have given up. Second, I decided to walk into the location, hoping maybe this would make things easier. I was told none of the walkers, except one, were covered by my mothers insurance... one that doesnt even meet her needs.She has primera and has met her yearly deductible, my mother called her insurance and was told that was simply not true. She could get any walker she wanted and it would be covered. When this was addressed with the location they assured my mom they would look into and then never even bothered to call back. This place is shady! And the majority of the people I have spoken to there seems to be withholding some truths... The only positive I have is that Paige and Joe at the front counter were incredibly kind, and tried to answer my questions. I would absolutely not recommend going here. If. Possible i would find another place to get your equipment, its not worth the run around, or the negative interactions.
