I always get my eyebrows done by Karen at the Glendale Galleria. She is top notch, truly the best! Love her work and love going to see her. Aside from being so great in perfecting my brows she's just an awesome person to talk to. She provides incredible customer service! Go see her ladies you will not be disappointed. My brows are prestine thanks to her!!!!

The lady made my eyebrows so thin even though I asked several times beforehand to keep my natural shape. I wouldn’t trust going to that person again — she was rushed, messy, and did a really bad job that completely ruined my brows. I really wish I could get my money back or hadn’t gone at all. She also didn’t do the proper measurements or show me beforehand like they’re supposed to and always do... The lady’s name was Vanessa. I do not recommend.

Karen is a wax-ician! It takes a lot for me to trust someone with my brows and she always does a great job. She is very patient and fun to talk to, plus she offers to fill in my brows or apply concealer so I don’t leave all red. Highly recommend this location for brow waxing!! 💅
