Loved my laser hair removal results here! I got a Groupon deal for underarms and Brazilian, and within 2-3 sessions, I barely had any hair growth. The facility is clean and has easy parking. The technicians are nice and friendly and professional - I would recommend this place to my friends!!

I would like to give them Minus STARS but I cannot do it :(
1. I took 6 sessions for under arm which was 250$ which should be usually good enough, but my underarm looked like the picture below. I talked to her and she said I need to buy 3 more sessions 120$. I bought it. My understanding is arm still is not that clear of hairs after spending 370$.
2. To cover my eyes from Lazer she gave a swim g goggles kind which cannot even cover my eyes. I asked her to give a regular dark glasses but she did she does not have :(
3. Other Lazer hair removals like LOTUS they give the cream to numb the pain during Lazer when I asked her she said you have to buy. If they have the cream it’s do convenient.
4. 1st 6 sessions she did just for 20 seconds after I did have an argument and bought 3 more sessions she did Lazer for little longer session and was little powerful.
5. Whenever I ask her for the appt they always said they are full and were never flexible. When I go to their salon they did not have many customers.
I will never go back to them again.

Honestly avoid this place at all costs. I called inquiring about pricing for laser hair removal for legs after seeing it on Groupon and I kept getting told to come in, that I would get a better deal in person and she cannot give pricing over the phone. Even in person, they have multiple different prices for “1 large area” and she kept throwing random numbers out there, no consistent cost.

I am coming back to review after more than 3 months of completing laser treatment here. Unfortunately almost all hair is back especially arms and underarms which are relatively easy areas.
I even got an extra session done in the end after telling them that the laser has not worked. Sadly, I have wasted a lot of money here and now simply using at home device. If you get no results, you waste thousands of dollars and then go back and pay more to try to get some results.
Also, the lady who does eyebrows had really removed half of my brows and was rude and unapologetic when confronted.

The lady screwed up my eyebrows. She wasn't even sorry or anything. It's a hit or miss. There are cheaper and better places in this area. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I had armpit laser removal treatment here, the results are beautiful and much more than I expected. Just one after 3-4 sessions, it’s already clear. Pooja is really attentive and flexible for scheduling.

I initially purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and was so pleased with the results that I bought additional sessions and a package for another area. The staff was consistently welcoming, and I particularly appreciated Pooja, my technician. Her attention to detail and her kind demeanor really was what kept me going.
