Fast, quality work at a fair price.
Every interaction with Caleb was wonderful. Every time we talked I felt he was being 100% transparent and honest about the work that I actually needed. I hope that I don't need repairs for a while, but I will return here when I do need more work done.

Caleb at Cascade auto clinic came highly recommended and he really lived up to and even surpassed a very high recommendation. I don’t leave many reviews but when I see service that’s above and beyond like Cascade gave me, delivering under estimate and ahead of time and explaining fully and even demonstrating what the malfunction was with my Suburban’s AC. I have complete confidence in this business. I would highly recommend them to anybody and everybody who needed help with their vehicle. Worth every penny! Keep up the good work, Caleb.

As a customer at Cascade Auto for the past 8 years, I have been consistently impressed with the level of service -- responsive, reliable, honest, with excellent quality work at all times and done in a reasonable timeframe. There have been no random surprises or mistakes, nor extra charges tacked on. They communicate clearly and promptly, always explaining what repairs are needed and why, and they let me know if they need to happen immediately or could likely wait several months so that I have notice and can budget in advance. This place has felt like a family that has helped me to care for my aging vehicle and given me confidence in its safety. Thank you so much to Caleb and his team!

Loved how honest and quick they were. Did not unnecessarily change anything in my car like the company service centers usually did. Inspected the car and did what they thought was necessary.

Fair, honest and highly competent. I’ve had issues with my Mercedes C300 for months that other shops couldn’t fix and the dealer wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix. They found the problems, kept me in the loop and charged me a fair price. It drives like a dream again. Highly recommended!Services: Electrical

Advised mechanics of electrical issue, told them it was probably the alternator. They ran a test and said the alternator was fine, and fixed the oil leaks that caused it. They said it was simply a battery issue, so I replaced it. Car crapped out on me, and had to pay to tow it to the shop again. They tell me they ran a test and lo and behold, the alternator is the issue. They wanted to give me the run-around and charge an extra >$1,000 in labor just to get to the location of the part again, and when I told them that me having to pay full price twice for something I knew was wrong originally, they told me to come pick my car up and threatened to have it towed, still not able to hold a charge mind you. They very sneakily worded it as if I came in for oil leaks, but I had been driving the car with the leaks no problem. 2 stars for being ok customer service, which I see now is fake. They're solid mechanics and will technically do what they tell you, but you have to be very diligent with not letting them replace random parts for $$$.Services: General repairs & maintenance
