This branch demonstrates with their poor etiquette that they have better things to do than respect their customers. Seems to be an institutional issue. I could never get my account manager on the line after the day I set up my account. They'll never love you more than that day.

This branch is not helpful for problem solving. I recommend the Bellevue branch over the staff at this location.

Tried to set up an appointment with a financial adviser and they can only meet for 45 minutes after 5 p.m. I don’t know how they serve their clients who work full time jobs. And every time I tried to call the Redmond office, the phone number provided online sends me to their non-branch general line. After several steps of providing my account information and asking me what I needed based on a limited set of options, none of which is what I needed, I gave up.

Took 25 minutes on hold to reach a representative at Schwab Alliance. Transaction could not be done on line. COVID excuse is wearing thin.

Came here once. No issues so far. Staff seemed knowledgeable. Great service. Plenty of free parking.

FIX YOUR DOOR! It always slams on my hip bone on my way out! Your stupid door at this Schwab location shuts on people as they are walking out of it! I open the door to let myself out and then as I step outside and let go of the door, it slams closed because the hinges are too tight or something and it stabs me in the left hip bone! Every time! I only come into your office once per year and inevitably each time I come in the entrance door closes on my hip bone on my way out!
