It’s my first time opening a credit card in person, since the one time I’ve done it in the past I did it online, so I was unsure of what to do. The teller Sasha was super helpful and sweet! I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The bank is also very clean and quiet. I didn’t have to wait in line even though it’s 11am on a Saturday, and although the bankers were busy, it was quick and easy to set up an appointment (tons of availability!).

The teller machine is old and loud. I tried to turn down the volume but couldn't. At night it's a little spooky, so I try not to come alone.

The person who looked like a manager on the evening of 12/17 at about 4:40pm was very rude.
I had money to deposit into a business account, and because my business brings in a lot of change we prefer to have the bankers deposit the money.
During the time I was with a banker, the manager yelled out passive aggressively to the whole bank from behind the counter that the ATMS can take up to a million dollars to deposit, and 1,000$ withdrawals. And looked over to us.
She also sighed & looked distraught when she asked the banker helping us if they had helped the guest at the drive thru (which she hadn’t since she was helping us count the deposit). And the manager rushed over to the drive thru aggressively. Shouldn’t that be your job to help out the bank when it’s busy?
We don’t use ATM’s for our cash deposits, because we’ve had multiple experiences where the ATM breaks half way through our transaction causing us to delay our deposit & having to file a report to Chase bank. So we just avoid the ATMS as much as we can so we don’t cause a disruption to it.
As customers of chase bank, we should be able to deposit or withdraw with a banker if we want too? We shouldn’t feel like a burden to bring in OUR MONEY to your company because we can definitely take it elsewhere.

This Chase bank branch was super clean and professional. There are multiple cubicles and offices plus a entire second floor so it’s a pretty decent size building for Redmond. Wait time for meetings with a private banker varies so allocate some time for that. The tellers and employees there are nice and ready to help you with setting up a new account. Susie was really nice and provides great service for bank clients as proven by the long line of awards accumulated over years of committed service to local private bankers and businesses. There are also ATMs for convenience and the place generally felt secure and has a welcoming atmosphere.

Called to obtain the branch managers name for an application I was filling out. Was put on hold for 45 minutes until I hung up. My question could have been answered in 15 seconds.

Unfriendly + untrained staff member = poor customer experience. Not the usual Chase Bank experience. Probably should have gone to Bellevue instead? What's the point of having a branch that is supposed to support the brand but doesn't live up to its standards?

Quick and friendly customer service. They even got a new atm machine inside that let's you pick your bill type and has a much higher withdrawl limit.
I needed to pull out cash for rent and I was able to do it all from the machine. I didn't even have to wait in line, talk to a teller or fill out a withdrawal receipt. It was great! I was able to pop in and out in less that 5 minutes! Amazing for a banking! ?

Staff is friendly, though not very knowledgeable or helpful with problems or concerns. Also, they almost never answer their phone despite not being very busy most days.

They never answer the phone despite hardly being very busy. They aren't very helpful or knowledgeable with problems. They generally just don't care. Which is why I'm changing banks!
