I have been trying to get to talk with mr Rodriguez for several days with no success there is a very bad problem with the phone communication with this bank in my opinion it has been extremely difficult to contact them.And very frustrating for me as I am not all ways able to get into my car and drive to my bank.As I am 86 years old and not in the best of health.

I have never met people with such a lacking of understanding in my life. My car was parked in the parking lot and I had to run to my apartment (literally across the street) to grab some paperwork for opening a bank account.THEY TOWED MY CAR AWAY so now I owe $400 to their company!! I am in no position to pay this and I refuse to open an account with them. These people are terrible and completely lack empathy whatsoever for the lower class. Do Not Enter!

Truly despicable workers here. They don’t care about people at all. They only care about their smoke breaks and getting cars towed away that have been there for 4 minutes too long. They are old rude ladies that would steal from right under your nose if you let them.If you have to do any business here, I hope it’s to shut it down.

This is a terrible bank and terrible staff members. I’ve never been to a bank with such disrespectful people with no values. It’s always empty and when you walk in they ignore you. I spoke with Joan Dobbin and she was really rude and the most disrespectful woman I’ve ever met. Never coming here again. The only thing the employees care about is what time they can go out and smoke since that’s all they do.

Terrible. Columbia Bank bought the servicing of my loan, and then made me jump through hoops in order to make a payment. They wouldn't let me log in to online banking, unlike what the "welcome" letter said (even the day before the payment was due). They demanded we mail in (like with a "stamp") some dinosaur "coupon" with the first payment. They also wouldn't accept payment until a few days before it was due. I'll never voluntarily do business with them again.

I wish it were easier to get to (downtown Redmond is just tricky) and stayed open later, but otherwise it's awesome. The customer service at Columbia is the best you're going to get, and the tellers are friendly and helpful. I never have deposit slips or my account number and they're not ever bothered by the inconvenience or unprofessional!
