If I could give negative stars I would! my daughter depends on the TPN 100%, she is not the first to bring me my delayed orders, once they brought me the medicine at 2 in the morning, when I have to connect my daughter at 7:00 pm, they are irresponsible DISORGANIZED, I called them from again because they did the same thing to me again, and they only told me that they didn't know anything and that I should go to the emergency room!!! without irresponsible unis!!!!!!!!!!

If there were negative stars that’s what I would give. I’ve never reviewed anything online. I always focus on the positive. I’m almost 60 yrs old and literally have NEVER encountered such poor professionalism, disorganization, lack of concern, anything good that should accompany a HEALTH organization is completely lacking. I wouldn’t trust them with my turtle much less my child.

Worst costumer service ever. They keep sending the wrong items and when I try to contact them on the phone is ALWAYS more than one hour wait just to talk with a very rude person.

Its only taken 2.5 weeks with this company to be incredibly disappointed. My child was set to discharge from the hospital on Tuesday 8/11, we (and our supply companies) knew this for weeks. On Thursday 8/6 Coram had still not contacted me or delivered any supplies for my child who gets 100% of his nutrition via a feeding pump. I spent 20 minutes on hold with them and the call disconnected, then 25 more minutes when I called back but ai gave up because at that point it was 15 minutes past their closing time and I had to use the bathroom. The Discharge Coordinator at the hospital ended up calling them 2 or 3 times that week to get them to call me back. They scheduled the delivery for late the night before discharge. They delivered the pump and 10 days worth of supplies and said they would ship the rest of the supplies for the month. (This first delivery did not have a supply that we are supposed to replace weekly, Coram says the hospital should've sent a prescription for it, the hospital says they've never had to do that before, who knows.) On Tuesday 8/18 I called because we were almost out of some things and hadn't received the rest of the supplies. I was told they were shipping the next day. On Sunday 8/23 they hadn't arrived and we had to start reusing supplies that specifically say to only use for 24 hours. I called that day and was told that our account was still labeled as Intake status, so a shipment couldn't be sent. This rep was very nice and said she sent a high priority email to the escalation team and that they should call me back same day. On Monday 8/24 I called and was told that the escalation team doesn't work weekends anyway, but that my insurance approved it and it was being shipped out that day? The supplies arrived Wednesday 8/26. So on 8/10 Coram gave us 10 days worth of supplies, and didn't deliver more until 16 days later on 8/26 after 3 phone calls from me over a week. Who knows when or if they would've been sent at all if I hadn't continued to call to check in, especially since I received a different explanation each time I called. Also, not important but they don't even pretend to be happy to take your call. Most of them sound annoyed from the moment they pick up the phone.

Just THREE WEEKS into my care w/ Coram I almost DIED due to multiple counts of professional negligence (ie: dirty needle, all on video) in the care of a Coram nurse who was managed by Coram’s incompetent Nurse Manager Joan & inexperienced Branch Manager Morgan. The investigation is public record & can be requested from the State of Washington Public Disclosure. If I could give Coram ZERO stars I would! Do NOT put your life or care in the hands of Coram or their poor management. I am appalled that Coram continues to provide substandard care. So many negative reviews all of which are relatively recent. The negative reviews are a clear reflection of the lack of ability to properly manage/run this facility & maintain quality in their high turnover staff. At this time I cannot go into details of my experience, I do however believe that the public should be well aware of the risk in considering using Coram. There are many other home health companies that are great, Coram is NOT one of them.

I wish there was a no star rating for this company. They lie and never give you the supplies you need on time. We only had to switch to them.because the carry my son's new keto formula he soley depends on as his food intake. They haven't even delivered it on time and went through all his emergency formula as well. They could careless about their clients and just calling to place a order I'm on hold for over an hour trying to get through when you do get through they hang up on you and don't call back. They are such a night mare to work with. They should be reported and shutdown. Now all.mybson can have is water because they can't get us our formula on time

ONE STAR IS GENEROUS. Rude, uncaring, and actually lie and change stories...talked to several different people there regarding my sons formula delivery stuck in perpetual 'authorization.' He relies solely on 24 hour pump feeds...action only after I called insurance directly who got them on it with a conference call. SAD. STRESSFUL. PATHETIC.

Well here we are several weeks later and still no calls. When I reached out to the Redmond branch manager I'm told they don't deal in enteral supplies but she would make some calls and have someone contact me. A week later I reached out to her one more time. Again I'm told Lacy would be reaching out to me later that day. And another week later, I reached out to her again still being told Lacy would reach out to me later that day. It seems Lacy is to busy to reach out as I still wait for a phone call. All the while I am still having to reuse disposable medical supplies on a child who is medically fragile. Coram, do you really care about your clients or are you just providing lip service? I truly think you need to change your on hold message to state you are only in it for the money and are to lazy to reach out to those patients who have made your business possible. More to come........

One star is generous. Steve at Redmond is really good. The rest of Coram / CVS is horrible. Example: Infusion appointment scheduled 6mos ago. I'm now chasing down the insurance pre-authorization THEY SHOULD HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED for my appointment on 10/1. Billing practices are abysmal! Coram billed my insurance using the wrong drug billing code, so the insurance rightly declined payment. This was 12/29. It took me 9 months to hash out the fallout from this billing mistake. I've filed complaints with the BBB and the Washington State Attorney General office of Consumer Affairs against Coram's horrible billing practices. The paper statements date of service and charges do not align. One date of service for the same periodic therapy NEVER APPEARED ON ANY BILLING STATEMENT! What? This is in violation of best accounting practices. Between Coram billing representatives, and my insurance company, we did finally understand what happened. This was six different conference calls over six months to figure out what was may balance due during this time frame. If you cross paths with Coram, run as fast as you can to another provider.

I absolutely LOATHE just the fact that I need to give this branch one star. After an extreme, emergency exploratory surgery in 2001 (I was 8 years old at the time), I was left with 2% of my small intestine (short gut syndrome). Which then makes me a lifelong TPN patient. For those who are unfamiliar with TPN, I have a tunneled port in my chest at all times and have intravenous tube feedings giving me nutrients and calories that I don't get when I eat. TPN literally is my lifeline. After having TPN for 17 years, I know the ins and out's and have come a very long way (from being connected to a pump and a feeding 24 hours a day down to 3-4 days a week for 8 hours!) But it is incredibly important that I receive my TPN every week, and I get those calories and that hydration I miss daily.I moved here from Charleston in late January and no joke from the very first delivery this branch has given me hell. To shorten my review just a bit, throughout the 4 months I was receiving TPN from this branch, I dealt with 2 drivers who just randomly showed up at my door and called telling me I need to be there and were BEYOND rude. Luckily I was just 15 minutes away both times. I straight up DIDN'T RECEIVE MY MEDICINE AT ALL 5 TIMES. five!!!!!! that's absolutely ridiculous and I should have ended things after the second time. I also had my medication delivered to a random resident in my gated community, only later to find out that I didn't get everything in my order (missing needles and additives- which happened multiple times as well) and I received medication that didn't belong to me! I wasn't even the correct patient. these people are delivering MEDICINE. And for me, my literal lifeline. It's critical they get this right and they couldn't do it from day one. When I finally had enough I called and told them I was fed up and changing branches (I now receive medication out of the Spokane Branch) and when I spoke with the supervisor (who has changed randomly for who knows why. I had three different managers and pharmacists I spoke with during my time with them- getting fired??) she acted like she was just going to let me blab and complain, say sorry, and go about her day. It wasn't until I told her if I'm not switching branches I will completely leave Coram altogether and go to a totally different company. They couldn't take my complaints serious, and don't seem to understand the seriousness of what their business is all about. I want to leave a poor review everywhere I can find for this branch I am so beyond upset and tired. Do your research PLEASEEEEEEE before committing yourself or a loved one to such a terrible branch. Truly disgusts me.

Very bad place to work. They fired a 7 month pregnant woman. This was while her leave paperwork was signed by her Dr but not yet approved by HR.

They are the worst, the nurses kept sending my daughter to the er and there was nothing wrong with her picc line, they were "being cautious", when the er Dr would say nothing was wrong they started bombarding her Drs office with calls to have her picc line removed. Having a sick child is hard enough, then having to constantly go between the nurses and their supervisor to ask them to leave the Drs office alone!!! Never saw anything like this.. Find another place for your care, Coram is the worst. Their supervisor would say ok everythings ok, then an hour later a nurse would call the Dr trying to get treatment stopped. And there was literally nothing wrong!!!

My insurance changed at the start of the year. I provided coram the insurance information right away. Very early 2018. My infusion was scheduled for 1/30/18. So mid January I called and asked if I had been approved for my next infusion. It was explained that they were behind on approvals because of the new year. I called again the next week and they told me the paperwork had been sent to my insurance and suggested I contact the insurance company. I called the insurance company and they checked and confirmed they hadn't received ANYTHING from coram. They straight up lied to me! Very unprofessional. At the end of the day I have missed my infusion date. I called my doctor office and they sent the information to my insurance company and were able to get me approval within 1 day!!!
