I’ve tried to go to this store countless times at random times of the day and they are alwaysssss closed for “lunch”. It’s so frustrating when I drive 40 minutes to get here. Luckily salon centric is right down the street, I’m happier supporting a business that has reliable hours.

I entered the store at 5.58 and I was rushed to leave since the store was officially closed. They could have wait untill I would do my purchase and leave. Poor customer service

Very very friendly staff,they also constantly have sales,make sure to get the book that shows their new items.This place requires a license, not everyone can just walk in and purchase.It is also very easy to find parking.

Not sure why I'm even writing a review for here since most of you won't ever be able to shop here since they require a professional license to be able to enter. Maybe I really like my supplier, maybe I just need to review more places to complete my Yelp 100 annual challenge. But on a more serious note, this is my go to place where they carry most of the brands I work with. The manager is extremely helpful and nice, it's quite rare to see anybody loyal in retail for this long to know the store inside and out and recognize their customers. Most stores are busiest on weekends, funny thing is that this store is busiest on weekdays when most hairstylists are off. They are open early enough to drop in before work if you need an emergency item the day off, but I recommend ordering online if you're going to do a huge inventory since you'll probably get hit the minimum for free shipping and more likely everything will be available ordering directly from the warehouse. He practically threw me out of the store and discriminated against me perhaps because of how I looked. He told me you have to go because this is for wa licensed professionals. I just wanted to see what they sell in this type of store, and how it works, but the very rude guy just said you have to leave the store. He's name is Luis
