This Costco is staffed by the most incompetent group of employees I ever had the misfortune to come across in 30 years. I wasted 30 minutes of my life asking for Brita filters, and had to deal with three employees who didn't even know what it was, and an admin staff who claimed they were in stock but neglected to say no one stocked it on the floor for the past 24 hours.Almost all of the boxed greens were rotting inside of the box as they were at or near the expiration date.I will never come here again.

Missing front of house employees - you know the ones who hang out at the cash register to help customers. Used to be Managers with access to computers and authority for resolution. Now they are glorified ID checkers, who cannot login to the systems. Literally 5 employees loafing near self checkout lines, all focused on making sure Costco ID card pictures MATCH the face in front of them (widely available tools which automate this be damned!) Picture it: double and triple looks between real face and photo on the Costco card. Eyes narrowed, suspicious tsk, tsk, tsk - is it really her or her gray haired husband?! Meanwhile, people are self scanning (or not - no product weight controls enabled at these registers) and shoving meat sticks in their pants! It is maddening when a group of customer facing employees are not trained or do not have the authority to actually resolve issues or assist customers. This is on Costco HQ for apparently shifting focus away fm customers and toward squeezing every .0035% on their margins - this is why front of house are low paid, loss prevention clerks vs anything helpful with customers.

This is your typical Costco - god stuff at reasonable prices. But certain services are not as good as it use to be. Especially in the food court. The service here has never been stellar; I suspect it never was meant to be. But I remember seeing a mess that was left unattended for tens if minutes. We told someone and expected a mop to be brought and nothing happened. Not a good thing. I just thought they'd do better.

Lois in food court was super rude when asking where to pickup a pizza I ordered through the phone. She said can you hurry up and move ! Super disrespectful and unprofessional.

Sent this to corporate per the feedback tab on Costco's website. Wanted to share it here for those whom are getting tires. Flawless install, took care of the cars, great job from questions, booking, through the end. Feel strange leaving it for a big box store but this Redmond location is legit. Only issue I've ever had there was with a lady that used to own a liquor store in eastern WA as she didn't seem to align with the quality of service the rest of the store seems to embody.Hello. Not someone who normally does this but I felt obligated to somehow give my gratitude to the Costco in Redmond. These employees would not take cash gratuity, something my indie shop would gladly take, so I wanted to share my experience with a Bryce M. and a Domingo L at your Redmond, WA Costco Tire Center. As a perfectionist, I would normally take my vehicles to a highly rated indie shop, however, with limited time and this Costco generally serving me well and near my office, I made an attempt. I brought our German cars, both times installed by Bryce M. and engaged by Domingo L. and leadership staff there...flawless. All sets of wheels came back without a scratch, darker stem caps I'd asked for, and when I'd purchased frozen goods too soon, Domingo/team placed my products in a freezer somewhere to keep it from thawing. Costco in Redmond, particularly the tire center (& others), just exceed big box expectations. If Bryce M and Domingo are there, I'll always send cars there.

I want to write this review to acknowledge the customer service I received at this location, specifically in membership services. It was a busy Saturday, but Keely was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. I want to say I appreciate her efforts, and I am grateful for her excellent customer service. She was very professional and even though I came in with a difficult situation, I still felt heard. She was super understanding and great to work with, very happy with my experience at this location as a result.

Per Instacart Shopper, Costco ran out of EGGS and have no idea when new shipments will arrive.

We love Costco & the variety of all kinds of foods. The vision center is more extensive than the last one I used to go to. I get spoiled to many foods, the fresh flour tortillas in the refrigerated section (we always have these on hand at home), the tastiest tomato section around, Pecan Crusted Tilapia (in the freezer section), Angus burgers (they are so good).

This location is terrible I have been a Costco customer for years, I didn't scan one of the items I had and the lady noticed it on my receipt, I was confused and quickly realized what happened, told her I have no issue going back and paying for it. This lady told me I'm not allowed to do that and that I committed a violation and that I have to be detained at the front door, being a former Costco employee I laughed in her face and walked out the door as she was yelling at me like i had broke. The law. I'll never be coming back, this store is clearly fine with employing bigots

Only a Costco gas fan really. The quality of fruits hv bn guess n miss. The ability to return anything anytime is the best pro BUT dang the return line TAKES TOO LONG because it's always long out the door. So bc the line takes forever, i hv cut down on purchasing eye candy n stopped chucking in as I use to. Costco, time to create two lines after entering the return door. Also, I'm weary of how long some bottled products hv bn sitting on the shelves. I've had one too many food returns bc of staleness. Keep them watermelon boxes filled!

I love Costco. I talk about Costco to everyone. This is a particularly good one because I feel like I see a lot of products here that I don't see at the one I usually go to in West Seattle. I also appreciate that they sell real soda because there's no city sugar tax. Yay for sugar soda!Never had a problem with parking here. Can get gas here too. Lines are not terrible though the self check out line is a bit confusing and can be disorganized. But otherwise, I still love Costco.

Pretty sure many of the people writing these reviews did not have Hillarie loading their ridiculous amount of shopping into their cart at the checkout. The woman worked some serious magic on my mountain of food. If you are feeding a large family and have just come home from vacation to an empty fridge.... If you happen to love Costco but haven't been in months and forgot that they had wonderful things like "almond flour wraps" and "keto yogurt bars".... Or maybe you just really like Costco and keep browsing until you literally can't push the cart without the full weight of your body..... Other than spending more than you ever anticipate you probably stand at the checkout sweating and wondering how on earth it will ever fit back in the cart.If this sounds familiar - look for Hillarie! Not entirely sure how she pulled it off - but I walked out of there with one tightly packed cart and didn't even drop items all over the parking lot! I told her I wanted to take a picture of it - by the time I got to the car, I decided it needed a picture AND a post. Thank you Hillarie! You made my day!!

The hot dog, strawberry sundae are totally the shiz! Get it. Tons of fresh strawberry, and the texture of the ice cream is so unique. It's not like the usual hard stuff, it's soft, creamy with a really nice vanilla flavor. As for the shopping experience, I like this place over Kirkland and issaquah. Much bigger, and spaced out. In terms of number of items I'm not sure, probably the same as the other, atleast way more than issaquah for sure.
