Worst service. Visited twice and same experience. I using Costco Kirkland optical from last 10 years. However Redmond folks are intentionally slow and they keep ppl waiting hours. When i pick up the token my number was 12 and current number was 6. I did my shopping and still they were on 8. I waited for 2 hours and then left.

This place moves at a pace of a government office, even slower. Not sure if it is understaffed (doesn't appear to be) or if productivity is something they care for. I see 4 specialists at any point in time but the wait can be way greater than 45 mins likely an hour long! They can at least improve the ancient system they have so that people don't have to wait there waiting for their number to be called out. Why can't they just have people enter their phone numbers and get a call when it's their turn. This is just basic table stakes now. Complete disregard for customer's time!

Useless service! Staff is extremely slow and I had to wait for about 2 hours to get my turn. I even saw a staff member spending like 45 min with a guy helping him try like 40 different glasses. Is this place a joke?

It is true that the wait is a little long, they only have 3 or 4 people working at a time.
However, service and quality is excellent. Shout out to Mr. Terry who's always immensely knowledgeable and helpful about what's best to do.

Ann gave me such wonderful and pleasant service today at Costco Redmond WA. I was making new glasses and she explained everything very thoroughly to me: the prices, insurance, my prescription etc. I had such a lovely visit today. Thank you, Ann.

I took my glasses there to fix. One of the handles was loose and screw was flat. They fixed it for free. They were very polite and helpful

Always an extremely long wait with what has to be the slowest moving staff in the world. I waited today for an hour and 15 minutes while one of the two workers spent that entire time helping an old lady try on 20 different glasses. Absolute garbage service.

Expect at least couple of hours queue anytime, any day. I don't know if it is bad prescription or bad glasses. But one thing for sure, their glasses don't work at all! Very blurry, out of focus vision.Will not recommend!

Super bad service. The glass lens were super heavy and twice thick as glasses from other places. This is the most disappointed experience in Costco.

The folks helping with glasses are all extremely helpful and, better yet, patient. For people with complicated prescriptions, they don't hesitate to work as a team.

The eye exam place is below average. Employees work there as a job - least interested in providing quality healthcare.Also, if you have Premera insurance they will bill you more because they know the insurance will cover it.The eye glasses shop at Costco is amazing!
