Decent place with great coverage on their products . If you buy your tires from them, then they fix it for you for free

I brought my car in for new tires today which I ordered online. I wish I had returned to Costco Kirkland but I chose Costco Redmond because it had earlier appointments available. The installation seemed to go fine and took around 90 minutes to 2 hours but they forgot to put the hubcaps back on correctly. The left front hubcap fell off and the other hubcaps are barely on.I called Costco Redmond and their reply was “you can return and we will put the hubcaps back on…for the lost hubcap, you can buy your own and possibly get it reimbursed.”Wow, this is terrible customer service. I’m disappointed and would not recommend Costco Redmond tires. Wait the extra few weeks for Costco Kirkland or Costco Issaquah tire center.

Irresponsible, Terrible customer service, rude staff, unbelievably that is part of Costco... find another tire shop even in Alaska or north pole, but don't go to Costco's.

The appointment window is more than 2 weeks out. Took almost 2 hours to replace tires with an appointment. It’s almost an hour over the initial estimation. I wouldn’t come to replace tire here again.

The entire tire center operation at Costco is poorly managed. I ordered a set of tires through the On Line store, as they were not available at the Kirkland location. After a week, I called the On Line store to check on the delivery. I was told that they had no way of tracking the order and that typically they arrive in about a week. Another week went by and still no tires. I then called around to other tire centers in the area and found a set at the Costco Lynnwood location. I cancelled my order from the On Line store and bought the tires at the Lynnwood location. They told me that they could not install them as they were completely booked for three weeks. I then called the Kirkland tire center and set up and managed to set up an 8:00am appointment for the following week.Upon arriving at 8:00am in 33 degree weather and pouring rain, the manager told me that he was doing me a favor by installing the tires because I didn't purchase them from the Kirkland Costco. He then told me that I had to wait outside because the main store was closed. After about 30 minutes standing in the rain, a store employee felt sorry for me and told me to come in but not to go beyond the entrance area because of security. While standing there the tire shop manager spotted me and demanded to know who let me in. I let him know exactly what i thought of his demeanor and the tire center in general. If I had it to do over again, I would have gladly paid $100 to $200 more for tires and gone to Les Schwab or Discount tires. Costco management, if you sell a product such as tires, install a facility that has sufficient capacity to service the sales volume. Two to three weeks wait to install a set of tires is ridiculous.

After getting the tires installed I felt vibration while driving on the highway. I called the location and they said it needs to be balanced but they're fully booked for more than three weeks, which means I'll have to get it done somewhere else and pay for it although they should have done it as they claimed during installation.I don't think I'll ever go back to Costco for service again.

Super fast and friendly. The whole team was a huge help to us when we punctured our tire, and they managed to be quick while being completely overwhelmed with a ton of customers. We are very very grateful.

I will not use Costco Tires in future. While on paper they do offer great warranty but practically its useless.I recently got tires for my car here and within a week had a flat tire. Called them and they said they can only have me come in after a month as they are totally booked. I took my car to another tire center and had to get the damaged tire replaced. This was my first experience dealing with Costco tires. Now my second car needs new tires and I am going to Discount Tire or to a local tire shop.

Service has gone downhill steeply. Rude reps like Shelby give an otherwise amazing costco a bad name. The staff managers (danny, Barry?) are quite uncoordinated too. They’re probably busy, but that doesn’t justify the bad customer service. Please get your act together folks.

They didn’t call me when my car is ready to pick up , I walked in the Costco for 2 hours , then it turns out my car was ready one hour ago.

Words could not describe how thankful I am for the service department at Redmond. Especially Jake and his supervisor. They went above and beyond to take care of me today. They were very quick with the work and did an amazing job working on my vehicle. I will continue coming to this location because they truly care and provide genuine quality service. Highly recommended

Staff is very friendly and professional. I got low tire pressure today and drive in to seek help. Nickolas helped me without charging anything. He also taught me a lot about pumping tire and how to do it on my own. Sending big thanks!?

Horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and brought my car in today to get my tires changed. Waited a little over an hour for my tires to be changed. After I picked it up and drove it for about 10 miles, my car's TPMS sensor went off and my car started to wobble towards the left side exactly at the same time. I called and brought it up to one of the bays as they told me to only to have a different guy tell me to park it in a parking spot instead. I went inside and was waiting for another hour and a half to have them fix my car. I got tired of waiting and went to the front for them to tell me my car was ready and that I probably missed the phone call. No calls were made to my phone number and I am pretty sure that they called the wrong number despite having corrected them when they wrote down the wrong number. After I got my car back, the guy (who I believe was the on duty manager) wasn't apologetic at all and made it seem as that the issue was my car's rims and that the balancing was off due to them. They rebalanced it in another machine and told me I had to recalibrate my TPMS sensors and provided me instructions. The process of recalibrating is just hitting a few menu options to start the process. I am confused as why Costco couldnt start the process and leave it on me to drive the car for the calibration. Overall, this is going to be the last time I take my car here. Maybe a different tire center will be a bit more professional when it comes down to providing service. I wasted over 3 hours on my car today, could have been in an accident, and was not prioritized in the queue despite not being at fault for the faulty installation.

Our tire got damaged again and so I called Redmond to inquire about getting a repair. They were booked out for one week and recommended that I come in the next morning at 9:55am and that they would get me in. They warned it could take a while (maybe 2+ hours) since it wasn't an appointment. They were pleasant to talk with, but just like before, not incredibly helpful with other options besides dropping in and hoping for the best. I went home and remembered that there is an online scheduling portal for Costco Tire ( and you can check any of their location availability using it. This is so much easier than calling! I did confirm that Redmond was super booked up, but was able to get an appointment at Woodinville instead. This online scheduler is very helpful.
