Horrible at having things ready when said they would be, always waiting and there’s huge lines they don’t manage well. The phones never work to get through either so you can’t call to make sure things are ready. They’re very disfunctional and unorganized. Great disappointment and would not recommend.

Seriously, go to any other pharmacy this store is horrible. It took them 3 days to refill a prescription while I was traveling, I did everything except sacrifice a goat to get a hold of them to pick it up because it was urgent. I couldn't contact them, there phone only leads you to an answering machine. The worst part is THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I left 3 or 4 messages over the 3 days. The day I left, they finally decided I was allowed to have my medication. I only knew it was ready because I got a text as i'm driving out of town that it was ready.

I think this is an overall CVS problem in the area. My experience with CVS in other states has always been wonderful. Here not only I have to call my insurance company myself in front of the counter, and they don’t even have the courtesy to pick up the call for special approval from the insurance company. They are not solving problems or service oriented. There were two staff, neither of them were helpful. I ended up had to reroute my prescription to Costco.

I would rate them zero star if the system allows me.
I called to request refill the system told me the refill will be ready in about an hour. I went to the pharmacy 3hrs later and guess what? I was told that they have received the prescription but they were not ready. I surely asked why and was told even though the system told me it would be ready it won't. The only pharmacist told me to come back later and if I cannot make it tonight then tomorrow morning. I then checked about my mother's prescription. She said even though the doctor send prescription they don't take care of that because it was OTC. Clearly they didn't care so wouldn't bother to let us know beforegand. I ran a busy schedule tonight so cannot afford to wait for another hour.
Can you people believe it? What if someone run out and they need medicine on time strictly? How can they just give false promise easily? This is medical!!!
I am switching away. At least there are other pharmacies that would be open for longer hours. This CVS is such a waste of a good spot in Target with high traffic.

There was ONE young lady fighting for her life November 03, 2023 around 6pm(if anyone important is reading this you can find out who this was and she DESERVES THIS CREDIT). Maintaining incredible customer service and helped EVERYONE in line even when she tried her best to cap the end anyway. I ended up leaving with my prescription at about 7:30 or something. But today there was a callous girl who gave ME attitude after wasting my time and lying to my face that “her system was off so she couldn’t process any more pickups.” She didn’t tell anyone in line that she essentially was done she felt like it and like 6 people were all pissed off she made us wait to tell us she won’t help. I told her she should have told the last person that she would be helping to tell others she’s done for the night and I was told “but I would have to get up to do that.” O.O This was April 02, 2024 at 7pm. I was at the counter at 7 not arriving to be clear because that’s when they close. Don’t waste your time here, I would rather go to another state and pick up my meds than here.

Never told me my medication is currently unavailable, and unable to be ordered. How come other pharmacies knew?... but this pharmacy didn't. This caused me now to be late with my medication administration. Thanks CVS for your horrible customer service, and not giving your staff updates regarding certain medications.
