Couldn't finish saying what I had to say before I was rudely interrupted by a women being ignorant!! I was calling to find out if a prescription had been put through and didn't give me the answer just told me I was calling to early about it and told me on and on repetitively after I told her I knew of regulations I been their over 10 years... She was rude and treaded me like I would abuse my medicine, Miss Our old staff they got to know their customers and we didn't mind asking them a simple question.......

Horrible Pharmacy, they claim that an electronically sent prescription was lost on its way to them. When I said this doesn't make sense the mentally lacking pharmacist responded that it happens more than you think. That if the case needs to get fixed but they don't care. it is a disgrace to CVS and screws over the patients that need their prescriptions to help sleep. Will never go back the gentleman working is a joke and very lazy.

Really great service! Adam worked with our insurance to make sure our prescription transferred and was covered. Seriously above and beyond.

Literally the worst pharmacy. They never answer their phone. They never let you know if your prescription is out of stock or has issues. The only way to get an answer is to go in and talk to someone, and then if you need your prescription transferred, you might as well add another few days to the process.

I forgot some needed medication from Michigan, and the woman who helped me was wonderful,and quickly got me a 3 month supply!! SO grateful!

The reviews are right, this pharmacy is terrible. They claim to offer telephone consults for patients with covid. Made an online appointment but then they never called, or acknowledged they missed the appointment. Even though I scheduled the first appointment of the day. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy.

This is a terrible pharmacy, they are always short staff. I have walked out after 20 minutes waiting too many times. You can’t have one pharmacist filling prescriptions and handling customers at the same time.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Showed up for a prescription around 4pm and no one was to be found behind the counter. Waited for 20 mins and left. Came back 3 more times over 2 hours since I live close and still nothing. The last time I came, a target employee came over to me and said the pharmacy techs disappeared 2 hours ago and hadn’t been back since. He told me this was the worst pharmacy he’s ever experienced and tells all target customers never to use this particular pharmacy. Transferred my prescription to the pharmacy in Fred Meyer and it was ready within 30 mins for pick up. Do not use this target pharmacy, even the target employees say so.

Maybe a year ago or so when I first visited here, after a small hemorrhoid operation, waited desperately with my intestines slipped out of my body (due to bleeding, I could barely stand, and was grimacing) for my medicines while the the stuff here needed tons of seconds to transfer my whatever documentation to this CVS.Second time I visited here for my vaccines they still operate one line and there was a lady (customer) smiling passive aggressively with the phase “one line” every few seconds to me while I was searching for another stuff could help me with vaccination.Remember it opens “one line “ and plan your visit ahead of time.

Give mercy to those people who still work there. Their pharmacist works alone sometimes. Be patient and wait for your turn. If not go somewhere else

The person didn’t even try to find the prescription. When he was asked again he shouted how he is the only one working there. Absolutely terrible experience, should just close it down if you don’t even get good workers there.

what i want to improve is the support for the workers - more staff, and more pay. i'm in line, thinking how much they are doing with so little, working so fast - only to face an avalanche of everything. honestly, it's humbling. yes, i would pay more if i knew it all went to the workers. you asked for my feedback, and i took the time to give them a great review. to anyone reading this - when you're in line, look back there and remember my words.

We had to make a flu shot appointment two weeks ahead because there was no opening sooner. On the day we arrived on time, but this place was closed and no staff was there with absolutely no notification! Someone who also was waiting there wasted 45 minutes before realized that this place was abruptly closed! This is totally unacceptable! I'll not do any kind of businesses here, even free flu shots!
