It's been a month or so since I was there, but I wanted to give 5 stars to the Redmond location and especially to Leon. Had a damaged tire and Leon took care of it above and beyond expectations. In general the Redmond location has been very good to deal with.

Bryce, Leon, Alek and all the crew at this location are extremely helpful! These guys have worked on two of our three vehicles- always the best pricing, fast service and good communication. Will be back next year for service on our SUV.

We had a flat tire when driving, stopped at the store as it's by the roadside, not knowing what to expect as no previous experience with them. It proved to be a happy surprise—-from problem identified to two punched holes repaired, the entire process took 30 minutes (they had a robust business with many customers in waiting room). We were happy with the price too. Vincent, who took in our case, was professional, courteous, and helpful. Highly recommend its service.

I had four new tires mounted on my Toyota Tacoma TRD last fall. There was a funny rattling noise at low speed afterwards and I took it to a mechanic and found out that three of the four center caps on the TRD rims had been cracked as they weren't aligned properly when Discount popped them on which causes them to crack. Paid a fair amount of money for the mechanic to diagnose this and buy three new center caps.
Had the tires mounted and balanced last week and just noticed another one of the Caps is broken. At least I know what it is and can order another cap without a trip to the mechanic.
I stopped going to Costco thinking that Discount tire had team members that were more careful, but it looks like that's not the case.

After the Kirkland location was quick to tell me my flat tire was punctured and unfixable and tried to get me to buy new ones, I went to Redmond. Although they weren’t sure the cause of the flat right away, they quickly offered to test it out and see if it could be repaired—and it could! They found and removed a nail and patched it up in less than 30 minutes all for free. Everyone was very helpful and professional and I really appreciated it!

Great service from Ridwan and Frank today who patiently assisted me with a pressure check and walked me through customized options to keep my car running safely and efficiently. I was raised by a mechanic who only takes his cars to Discount! Highly recommend this location.

I went there to repair a tire I had noticed was leaking air. The staff member I interacted with was very nice and helpful. They ended up finding a screw in my tire and repaired the puncture at no cost to me. The repair was finished quickly and I was able to pick my car up well before the expected pickup time. If you have any issues with your tires, this is the place to go.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable with their service time. I stopped in with two nails in a tire and was able to have two new tires put on within an hour. I appreciated the upfront communication from the sales associate, Brian.
