The best gym eastside of Seattle. Extremely cheap rates and even cheaper if you have a friend referral. The populace is small here, just like the cozy gym. However, all the tools you need are here and high quality. The gym is ran by an awesome owner and it definitely feels local and not a corporate gym with many rules.

I've been going to this gym for more than half a year. This is by far the best gym in the area! Affordable price, lots of squat racks, dedicated bench press benches, and tons of weights. They allow you to drop weights when deadlifting. If your goal is to get stronger and healthier, that is the place for you!

Really good variety of free weights, machines, dumbbells, Hammer strength, cable, cardio. For every single muscle group they've got many different weights or machines you can pick from to train it. I found a combo I favored that fit my size and motion. Really smart and efficient use of space. Owner is super nice. Best gym I've been a member of so far.

The best gym in the area for serious powerlifting and weight training at an easily affordable price point. Plenty of squat racks, dumbbells up to 150lbs, good quality machines, a modestly sized cardio area, open 24 hours, and is actually host to a friendly fitness community and gym culture.

I came here to work out with my sister while visiting on vacation over Christmas break. The staff was great to work with and the gym was excellent. Lots of different weight equipment and people of all skill levels.

Tons of equipment and a cheap monthly fee, plus the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I love this gym!

Best kept secret on the Eastside. True 1980s style gym with a close knit group of people from all walks of life and all fitness levels. I felt welcomed the moment I stepped inside. If you are looking for a true “no judgement zone” Eastside gym is your huckleberry. I won’t tell you how affordable it is because you wouldn’t believe me!

Easily my favorite gym I've lifted at. It's extremely affordable, the equipment is in great shape, there's pretty much always a squat rack available, and there is an incredible sense of community.

This is one of the best gyms in the area. I moved here from the Midwest over 5 years ago. I’ve had many different gym memberships throughout the years but I’ve kept my eastside membership throughout every year I’ve lived here. The reason I’ve always kept the eastside membership is that the gym is the best functional place to workout and train. They have all the equipment needed for serious competitors in powerlifting and bodybuilding. The atmosphere in the gym is also great because it brings very serious athletes, but it also has an inviting atmosphere for everyday regular people. The gym is warm and inviting if you are just a beginner or a stage competitor. It has a community feel to it where you can meet great friends. The owner, Lonnie, is a great guy, he’s very knowledgeable, very down to earth, and a community minded individual. He creates an atmosphere that is good for young adults, beginners, intermediate lifters, all the way up to serious professional athletes. The other great thing about the gym Is that there is a large variety of equipment for powerlifting and hypertrophy. They have 10 power racks so you are never waiting on a squat rack!! Olympic bars, great machines, and a large array of cardio equipment. They gym is also open with 24 hour access so it’s for serious fitness enthusiasts who never want to miss a workout even at night or on holidays. To me you can’t beat a gym like this and there aren’t many around like it anymore!!

I love this gym. This place is a no-nonsense style of gym where you can get a great workout with like-minded people with great equipment.Six power racks, four bench press stations and tons of plate weights. A good variety of Precor and Hammer Strength machines. Their dumbbell rack goes from 3 lb to a whopping 150 lbs in 5 lb increments. This is far from your commercial gym. They have two chalk bowls and countless competition-style bars, Ohio and Texas Power Bars, Kubaki deadlifting bars and a variety of others. An adequate amount of cardio equipment which includes treadmills bikes and ellipticals. The environment is high-energy with a lot of friendly knowledgeable people and trainers that are willing to help you and get spots if needed. Besides all of that, the price cannot be beat $199 a year! as well as 24/7 access. I don't know of any other gym that can compare.

Awesome gym for the price, simply can't be beat. Members/owner and staff are friendly and helpful and the place is super clean and well organized. Mind you nothing super fancy but very practical and a great value compared to all the other gyms around. Been a member for years as a result. Plus no membership games or funky fees. Check it out!

Great gym at an affordable cost. Nice change of pace from the big commercial gyms. Has an excellent variety of machines and equipment. Highly recommend.

Pretty much the only gym in the area now with 24/7 access. You can’t beat the value! Perfect for powerlifting with enough machines/cables for hypertrophy focused lifting/ accessory work as well. Owner is super nice and passionate. Best deal is $199/year but if you sign up with someone, second person gets it for $99/year. Insane deal. I live all the way in Des Moines but signed up with my girlfriend who lives in the area. Now I can get a workout in anytime I come up :)

Don’t ask the owner for a personal trainer recommendation. You’ll just get injured since the one I worked with let my legs get injured to the point where I could not walk and actually had to go to the doctor. This personal trainer does not even see how much flexibility you have before he begins the work outs he looks up on his phone. You can tell this personal trainer what you want but he won’t listen. He is a body builder and that’s all he knows if he doesn’t use google on his phone. Two people have been injured at this gym with that recommended personal trainer and I am one of them. There is no AC.It is very crowded. The bathrooms are never open because there’s only two with massive amounts of people. But that personal trainer you work with Lonnie well he’s gonna end up getting you sued.He keeps letting his clients get injured in your gym because he doesn’t watch the client he looks at his phone. You’re taking a huge risk and then letting your members get terrible recommendations from you yourself and then get injured.Thank God your gym is so cheap because there’s no way in hell I want to come back to that place.I think it might be the first level of hell.
