It's a store for Microsoft employees only, I didn't know this ahead of time ,you need an electronic passkey for access, I don't recommend to any non Microsoft employees.

I have two bikes and come here for various tune ups and part changes/upgrades. Somehow it has always been Jim helping me each time which has been awesome. He is super knowledgeable and friendly. Turnaround time has been great too!

Brent was friendly and gave me advice about packing my bike myself to ship it. He also offered a bike box and gave me free packing material.
