Went in today to ship a package with a label already printed by their system. I asked about the address on my label, because it was, curiously, missing some of the address that I inputted. Robert helped me - he was very patient when I was asking lots of questions because it was concerning that part of the address isn't there. He did a great job at empathizing with my concern.
He explained that it's likely that all the info is in the system, but just didn't print out on the label (I found out that the printed address is actually secondary info - the bar code is what holds all the information). He looked it up, but their system in the store was unable to see the bar code info. He told me that I had to call fedex customer service and get that info from them.
Robert astutely observed that I was not jumping for joy at this news, and he did the best thing ever - he volunteered to call them and represent me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his offer!! He talked to customer service with me there, and resolved the issue quickly - and yes, the barcode had the correct information. Robert is THE BEST, he totally made my day so much better!!

Youre better off picking up your packages...i just watched the driver stop at my house and look at the box. Drive away lol. I assume because it was a mini fridge and I live up a set of stairs. And its only 60lbs, i could have lifted it myself! However, my husband stayed home just to bring it in, and we where waiting in the lobby! This has happened two days in a row. Just opt to pick it up save you some time.

I went in on a Thursday afternoon to mail some documents. I had the label but needed an envelope, and I think I looked lost enough that within the first couple minutes of walking in the man behind the counter helped me out and got me one to put my stuff in. Then he scanned everything and I was done. He was very helpful and it honestly went way easier than I expected.

FedEx is absolutely horrible. Countless, countless times my packages are delivered days after their expected delivery date. They try very hard to provide you with estimated shipping times, like a 2 hour window that it will be delivered. Not ONCE has it been correct

Worst shipping service ever – complete incompetence! My package was sent to the WRONG address, and the delivery photo clearly proves it. Yet, your company refuses to take responsibility or fix the issue. What kind of service is this? You lose packages, ignore customers, and expect people to just accept it? This is beyond unacceptable! I paid for a delivery, not for your mistakes. I will make sure to warn others—your company is unreliable, careless, and completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

I went in this afternoon (Monday) and was greeted by JORDAN pretty quickly upon entering. He was with another customer, but that customer was pausing to look something up so he asked if I needed help. Sadly, I wasnt prepared and needed a moment to gather the details needed. In the meantime Jordan assisted another person who walked in behind me. Then he turned his attention back to his original customer and wrapped them up quickly, and then started assisting me. While assisting me he helped two more customers as they walked in. He was running two stations at once and PLEASANTLY and EFFICIENTLY got us on our way. Watching someone work efficiently is fun. Jordan kept the wait to a minimum for everyone. In fact the only time there was a line was when I wasn't ready with my information.
Nice job dude. To whoever reads this at fedex, I hope you appreciate this guy!

Told me they opened at 8 to come pick my package up and i got there and turns out they open at 9 and i needed to go on a trip

I had an awesome experience today. The office manager was fantastic and super fast. I got in and out in 10 mins. Also, the prices are somehow cheaper than other areas - not sure why (I tried a FedEx office in Renton and they asked 20% more than this office).
