Drivers are completely incompetent. They lie about not being able to contact you. Multiple times this has happened to me recently. I’ve tried to reach the company and it’s a rabbit hole. I’m going to file a complaint with Wayfair. If they keep shipping with FedEx I won’t buy from them anymore.

Our business gets almost weekly FedEx deliveries. The drivers are great to work with and a lot of times they have to unload quite a few heavy boxes and they always do it with a smile ?

The drivers here are absolute liars. They mark packages as attempted delivery so they can skip deliveries. I sat outside my customers office waiting for parts. The customer has one entrance and over 50 employees and as I'm sitting in my car I get a notice of delivery attempted. I called the office and they said they would reach out to the driver and they would contact me. I never heard back. What a joke of a facility.

Signed digitally to release package and signed the door tag yet these guys only make excuses. The “offshore” customer service is complete garbage often not able to understand due to language barrier. They say I signed digitally too late at night for the driver to be able to see it. Too bad for them there was also a signed door tag on the door instructing to leave it. I even had a “thank you” on the tag, but I am less than thankful at this point. They supposedly don’t deliver on Saturday which is a cop out excuse for - that would increase our costs despite our mistake.Delivery of my package will be 5 days late and all they can provide is a “sorry we understand”. If you understand - deliver the package as instructed on the time agreed upon. FedEx has become a JOKE.

FedEx is the worst delivery company in America, possibly the world. FedEx sent me a delivery confirmation of delivery between 10:30am and 2:40pm on Monday. I sat and waited for the package and at 3pm the online confirmation was updated to end of day. At the end of the day it was updated to going back to warehouse. I spent the whole day waiting on this package. It is expensive and I didn’t want it left in the rain. Day two, the exact same thing. I have now wasted two entire days waiting on this package. The second day I knew this was possible so I called customer service twice to verify delivery and make sure the driver knew it was a secure building and to callme when they arrived. At 6pm the online tracking said they tried to deliver but were unable to. That is an absolute lie. I am still in my office filling out this review. I have been here since 9am. It is now 6:25pm. I called customer service again truly frustrated now that I have wasted 2 entire days. Now the Philippine call center is working and she just keeps repeating what she is reading on her screen which has nothing to do with my situation, but she keeps repeating like it’s some sort of solution. Unbelievable!!!! Never use FedEx! I repeat, never use FedEx!!

The tracking number shows my package will arrive today afternoon. I ask a day off to stay at home due to the package needs signature. Around noon time, the message from FedEx popped up and states the package unable to deliver. Fedex driver typed in customer not available. After I called FedEx customer service representative, the service person says when driver told them I was not at home so that the package unable to deliver. The customer service who the package delivery setup by Redmond center. I have the Ring and Arlo two different brand of cameras in our front door. None of camera caught anyone show up to my house today. I really curious how could the Fedex invisible driver attempted to deliver my package. I have no idea why the FedEx driver does not have sincerity at all.

Every single driver at this location needs to be fired and replaced. Anytime I unfortunately have to deal with this company it is the same game. They say attempted delivery multiple days in a row, when I'm home and there was no delivery attempted. I have called and made sure there was notes left on my customer account saying to leave the package if they are unable to enter the building. But yet EVERY TIME I have something shipped with them it is this game insanity. I have watched the driver pull up in front of the building not exit the vehicle and still mark it as an attempted delivery. This isn't even during holiday season, it is year-round.I'm sure that they're hiring process has to have some sort of competency test, and I'm really not sure how any of these drivers are passing it when this is what they do every single time. It can't just be the same driver every time, so it's obviously a widespread issue. If you look at the other reviews for this location (actually all FedEx locations according to the BBB)they all say pretty much the same thing. The drivers lie about attempted delivery, and make everybody's life an extremely unnecessary hassle.Don't even get me started on trying to actually talk to a real person. To even talk to anybody you have to jump through hoops on the phone, and nothing is ever resolved. They just put you on hold on or hang up on you, forcing you to call back. Transfer you to unnecessary departments, seem to not have any idea how their business works even though it is their job and should be kind of their area of expertise. No wonder their customers really don't like them or how they choose tho ruin their business.If I had the ability to put together a class action lawsuit against this company, and their failure to deliver packages due to their own incompetence, I happily would.This entire company truly needs to go out of business. I would gladly pay extra shipping costs to never have to deal with having my packages sent through FedEx.

Like the other reviews, lies and laziness all around. They claim they’ve attempted deliveries several times, but I have cameras. It just shows them coming out of their truck with a missed delivery slip already filled out and then hung next to my doorbell. I guess they are just passing the buck and work to the next delivery worker. Their franchise model prevents any improvement, just promotes complacency. UPS and even USPS is much better.

I see other comments about drivers lying about attempted delivery and we get this all the time as well. We wait in our lobby for packages that we need and the driver never enters the parking lot and never knocks on the door. Absolutely terrible. Have notified the facility multiple times but there must not be any repercussions for drivers. Clearly they'd rather just hold it at the facility so we have to pick it up, cause that's what we have to do now to guarantee delivery. One instance was so egregious that I got a notification around 1am that delivery failed because our business wasn't open... come on seriously

0 stars. There is no letter in my address. Yet the driver felt it necessary to write one, insinuating I don’t know my own address. It’s not my problem your drivers can’t follow a GPS or delivery directions. Unacceptable.

Zero stars if I could. Worst shipping company EVER. They constantly send me emails claiming they attempted to deliver and "no one was availble" to recieve a package that DID NOT need a signature btw, but that's not the problem. I was literally facing the driveway to the property ALL morning and not a single FedEx Truck even attempted to pull in or deliver anything. I'm on day 5 of FedEx delaying the delivery of a package that was supposed to be here Last Friday. It has literally been in Redmond for five days, just down the street and they can't even manage to deliver it. Horrible company full of liars.Would be better if their customer service system wasn't a robot that hangs up on you instead of transferring you to a real person who can help. (Will say when I eventually got ahold of an actual customer service person he was helpful as a person but FedEx as a company can burn.)
