I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the absolute worst Jewlery store I have ever dealt with. I took in three rings. One of which is 30 years old and from my deceased grandmother. I get it back and less then 60 days the diamond has fallen out. Completely irreplaceable. Called store, nothing, emailed customer service and corporate and referred back to manager of the jewelry store, who instead of calling me calls my mother. I am 50+ and she was told to call me as I have possession of the rings. Then she calls me, lets it ring and hangs up, no voice mail. Claims in the email she sent me she made several efforts to reach out. She called my mother, my mother returned her call and never heard from her. She failed, contrary to her claim to leave me a voice mail and then wants to get snarky with me in email. I have filed formal AG report and am retaining counsel at this point. Best part, I have yet to hear a single word from corporate and they are on all the emails. That tells me this is not just one store; this is a culture.

Trash place staffed by trash people. Ever since the discrimination we endured at the hands of their "manager" we make sure to never step foot in this forsaken place.Upper "management" called to confirm we had indeed been not treated well and I had to pry open an apology, everyone we encountered through this ordeal was the worst.

Absolutely terrible. Store manager has no clue what she is Doing. Counters Dirty, displays cases have holes in them .. Paper display tags on the ground I wish I took Pictures .. Most of there stones Are like I 2 ask for a vs stone she will just look at you and say huh . Anyways, I'm sure it's good for the younger couple of somebody looking for an average piece of jewelry worn stuff above sears but that's not me

Hours said jewlwer open till 9p.they were closed at 7:58pm when we arrived. Missed a bunch of business too.

Hours are 8ncorrectly posted. Written signs at the physical store have different hours posted depending on which sign you look at. None of which coincide with the hours on Google. Find a different store to change your watch battery.

I've been searching around for a piece of jewelry for a family member to mourn the loss of another, I received the most amazing guidance and help from a staff member at the redmond fred meyer jeweler. I'm kicking myself for forgetting her name, but her knowledge and calm guidance thru the available pieces made my experience the best I've had at any jeweler. She wasn't pushy, she was very friendly, and she knew the products she was representing!! I will now solely be a customer of Fred meyer jeweler in the future. Today she was wearing all black with dirty blonde hair, I'm sorry for forgetting your name but you are a beautiful rockstar!! Fred meyer needs more people like you!!! In the midst of a difficult search that I'm doing, you were a shining light of happiness!!

My wife was in the store today and she called me after she was done shopping. Saying there was a loud bang. My wife has a heart condition is why I am upset enough to write this review. Apparently what she believed was the store manager slamming the door at the Fred and meyer jewelry in Redmond WA. I wanted to post this in hopes that this violent behavior is better managed. She is such a rude person she walked around looked very angrily at my wife which frightened her. On top of this incident for the past Sunday on my only day I had off. I was looking for a gift for her so I was going to visit Fred Meyer Jewelers in Redmond but the store was closed early Sunday in before 6pm. August 1st. I don't know what happened but I thought better note this to change hours of operation. Gas prices are rising and I don't like wasting my money and time going somewhere and it not being open. I for one will never be shopping for jewelery at Fred Meyer Jewelry in Redmond anytime soon. I hope your services improve. I am wondering who manages this location. It is going down hill...

Brought a very sentimental old piece of jewelry there because the clasp was bent. They said they would have their goldsmith look at it and call me back. They called and said they couldnt fix it so I picked it up. Just finally looked at it a few days after picking it up and the clasp that was just slightly bent wrong before is now completely broken. They broke the clasp trying to fix it and didn't say anything. So now I have to take it to another jeweler who can weld a little end onto the broken clasp to fix it. Would never take jewelry there again.

Brought in a very sentimental old bracelet because the clasp just needed to be rebent, they called me the next day to say their gold person couldn't fix it. Just took a peek at it after picking it up a few days ago and they full on broke the clasp and did not say anything. Now I have to take it to another jeweler and have somebody weld something on to fix it instead of just rebending what was previously a little messed up. Would never take jewelry there again.

I am so disappointed. We've been shopping at Fred Meyer in Redmond, WA for five year. I eve have a Fred Meyer Mastercard! Adam H just made my six year old’s Christmas today. I’ve been to four stores looking for a certain toy. I don’t even know if Adam worked in the toy department but when I showed him a picture of the item he remembered seeing one. He walked me a store section over and found it mixed in with a store display. So grateful.
