Hate to do this - first curbside pickup from home depot - thought it would save me some time... have been waiting out here 10-15mins before i called the phone number in front of me where it just rang for 5 mind before I hung up to post this review. Guess it is busy - but I could have bought this the old fashion way and been back home by now.

Bad service and brain dead checkers with no initiative. They display stuff outside, so when I'm done shopping inside and at the checkout I ask them to charge me for one item outside at the other door. They couldn't and wouldn't. I would have to go all the way out and get it after i had already scanned my stuff at the register. The sad part was that there were 3 available checkers standing around and not a thought glimmered to have one of them go out and get the sku. The store lacks contemporary best practices. Learn from the grocery business where each checker has a cheat sheet of skus especially for all the produce. Dahhh.

Made a second visit to this location and needed advice of an electrical nature. Good advice was given cheerfully and I am appreciative. Some parts were hard to find and selections were not as great as I would have preferred, but all in all a successful visit.

Pretty good selection of plants here although they are all over the place - inside, in the garden center and multiple places in the parking lot. All kinds of fungicides, pesticides, fertilizers, etc., although Amazon prices are sometimes cheaper. If you find that to be the case, ask them to price match. Large tool and pot selection and I've found the staff to be very nice and helpful.

My shock of a life time happen today at Home Depot in Redmond Washington.i am a Navy Veteran.............My serial number is 392-07-85. My Drivers License shows me as a veteran......................But Home Depot disgraced me today by not allowing me to have my 10 percent discount, because now they have a new system before any veteran can get the 10 percent discount.you must go on line if you have a lap top and fill out a report that shows you are a Veteran,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it is a total scam against us veterans to not provide you the discount. it needs a document from your time in service before they give you the discount. It involves your phone. i have no documents now since it has been since 1958 when i was discharged, July 10th.But how did my Washington State Drivers License have Veteran placed on the bottom right corner of my license. I did not fill out anything for this identificationappearing on my license. I have been going to this store since they opened many years ago, and have spent thousands of dollars from all appliances to lumber enough to fill a semi truck. and this is the way I am treated..................Sixty five years ago i was discharged from the United States Navy, and besides me, my three Brothers all served..................so Home Depot has really hurt me today for doing this to me.........................And to think, this is my penalty for not getting my Military Discount after all these years, my lost records......but you have my serial number, which no Veteran ever forgets.Home Depot, you should be ashamed of yourself....392-07-85..

This is the worst run Home Depot I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The general manager should be reprimanded and replaced.Waiting on hold for 10-15 minutes and still never having someone pick up the phone is the norm here. If you have an issue with a delivery, you might as well return/refund and give up because the team cannot execute.I have never been so disappointed in an experience with a retailer as I have with this Home Depot. The GM should be ashamed of themselves

This was my go to for the past 3 years after I bought a house and have needed all kinds of stuff for projects. Then I went to return something a little outside the 90 day window, unopened, just wanted store credit to replace it. The app support chat told me to go to the store and that they would help me out. At the store I waited in the return line 3 different times and each time got a different reason that the return was failing, and they kept asking me for the physical receipt saying I would have to have that to do the return, or they would need a manager override but that no managers were there and I should come back in (ten minutes, 30 minutes, and tomorrow before 10 am). At that point I gave up and decided I'm not going to buy stuff here anymore. When I bought this item originally, I selected the automated option of email receipt only, which was an option provided by Home Depot, and now your people are demanding a physical receipt to process a return for store credit so I can try to remain a customer there. Seems like a pretty broken process to me, maybe you should just give everyone a physical receipt or update your return system so it doesn't require them. Why can't your customer service people just reprint a receipt if I can show them email proof of the original? Then they would have the physical copy in hand to do whatever they need to do with that physical copy of the receipt that is apparently the almighty when it comes to allowing a return to happen.

I love listening to the "manager" Dave become descending and talk down to me when I'm trying to discuss a product return. Glad they're hiring nothing but the best at this Home Depot. When I asked him if he was the person in charge, he "I am in charge!" I couldn't help but laugh out loud. I should've just used Albert lee instead.

I was in the store yesterday looking for some paint help. There were 3 other people also looking for help. I heard someone come over the intercom that help was requested in the paint department. 10 minutes went by, no help. 2 people left, then it was just 2 of us left. Another few minutes went by without any help showing up. I decided I had enough of time wasted. As I was walking out to my car without getting any help I noticed an employee standing there doing nothing. I think this is the last time I come into the store. The last time I came in (6 months ago), I almost got hurt with all the stuff piled up in the aisleways and not on the shelves. Fence posts fell on me as I was trying to move them to get what I needed.

ZERO STARS The employees at the store are completely useless. Mid conversation, the employee just walks away. They would rather just stand there and watch you struggle to find what you're looking for. This place sucks. If you find the employee named Dive, run the other way and don't waste your time..

Order carpet 2 months ago. They came they measured told use they can't move the piano and to empty the bookshelves and some other other prep stuff. Hired a guy to help with the moving and packing and my husband took 3 days off to be there..scheduled installation. Installers came looked around and said they couldn't do it cause the carpet "is dirty". The Whole thing was a waste of time and money. They did nothey to help us.

After buying $2,500 of pet turf for our dogs, driving over an hour to pick it up, we were told it was lost! Said it would be back in stock Monday. There is no chance we will risk driving that far for something to be lost again! The right thing to do would be to offer free home delivery when it arrives, but they did not. Save yourself the trouble and go to Lowe's!
