Walked in to ask about some paint scratches on my almost new car that happened on a recent road trip. One of the guys came out to look at them, then volunteered to buff them out for me. Scratches gone and no charge. Thank you Gerber Collision of Redmond.

I just had my car repaired after a wreck. They did a great job and explained everything. I had to take it back, because they missed a few things, not major. I feel they did an amazing job. I’m impressed with them.

Unprofessional service and AWEFUL attitude!
1) After they saying my car was fixed, I found that my back seat was very dirty and unknown smell.
To my surprise , they argued nobody ever entered my car and I had to prove it was clean.
Are you kidding me?
Fortunately I have a video recording when dropping may car.
What if another customer didn’t record a video?
2) Later I realized the back door window will automatically open when I click up to close it, and only that window.
To my surprise, they argued it was due to the battery was low. And they will contact Insurance to charge it.
Are you kidding me?
The manager did not even tell the difference between the batteries in my car.
Every window was working fine before, but after you fixing my car you feel the battery could be low and then only the left back window malfunctioned for weeks?
3) The shop manager has awful attitude, kept shifting conversations from fixing their mistakes to sophistry and attacking me verbally.
Are you kidding me?
I had to drive back and forth, wasting several hours due to your mistakes.
You don’t feel sorry at all for your unprofessional mistakes, and now even attack me verbally?
For future consumers, come here if you are ready for the situation where they throw blames at you.

Had an awesome experience at Gerber Collision & Glass in Redmond. Devin was super helpful, answered all my questions, and just really cared about making sure I was happy with everything. He even went out of his way to polish up a spot on my car that needed it—just because. You don’t get service like that every day. Definitely recommend.

I’m not sure why I have to go online to do a rough estimate on car door. The website is complete trash and the people who worked at the service desk are completely lazy. How do expect to get business if we can’t walk in to get an estimate?

I returned to Gerber in Redmond because in the past two times I had been there, they had done an amazing job and I was hopeful that I would have the same experience. Unfortunately the only way that I will likely solve this will be through a lawsuit.
The left door of my Ford F-150 has a silver color scheme. Gerber painted the door and then blended it in on the fender and the rear door - the first time there was a swirly leopard print that looked absolutely horrendous. Furthermore, the door was misaligned with a gap protruding from the front hinge.
I had to take the vehicle back in the hope this was a fluke. When I picked it up a second time, I did a quick inspection and went home. This time the swirly leopard print is on the rear door while the front of the hood is scratched due to some abrasive material that was placed on top while the car was at the shop. The clear coat has been rubbed off although the paint remains. The driver's door has a new paint job with obvious debris and dust particles. One of these particles is about 1 mm thick. This is a complete amateur job performed by someone with no care or experience. I am left with a paint job that has dust and particles on the passenger door and a leopard print on the rear door plus rubbed off clear coats from one of their machines on the left side of the hood. The staff is friendly but ultimately the goal is to give the customer a professional paint job with no damage outside of the initial scope. I will present them this information and if they don't present a good solution I will sue.

Not a good job at all! and basically insurance fraud to get more money out of them. My toyota tundra was hit and the insurance company had me take it to this shop. The tailgate had damage and 2 weeks later they finished it. They didnt call me to tell me they finished it. They called the insurance company to tell me they finished. Then i had the insurance company tell me the finished and to pick it up and if i didnt then the body shop was going to charge me for having it stored there. O dont know why they didnt call me. And then i went to get the truck and turns out they didnt paint the whole tailgate only the damaged part because that’s what the insurance company would pay for. That makes no logical sense. If a panel is damaged you paint the entire panel not part of it. The tailgate looks bad you can see the difference where there is overspray and no clear coat. And the supervisor of that shop is no good and a lier and in the end said all that he could do is polish it which he did and the tailgate still looked the same. I expected quality work for my $80,000 truck. Something has to be done here they also charged double what they originally quoted to the insurance so the supervisor saying that’s all the insurance covered was to paint half of the tailgate was BS

I am very happy with the repairs Gerber did on my Toyota. They even washed it and cleaned the inside.
The repair was done in a timely manner.
I appreciated the friendliness in which I was given all the information about the repairs.

When I brought up my car to gerber thought it will be a lot of work to be done on my bumper, Devine Alexander saw my car and said that by just polishing the affected area the scratch will dissappear, and it did work, other places will do the whole job just to take advantage of people.
Thank you Devin for helping me to save time and money on Fixing my car.

I had a minor incident with my Lexus *wasn't my fault*, Bryan was professional, cordial, and honest when he gave me his evaluation and opinion about my car.
He was patient with my questions and I believe he provides genuine service. Overall, this body shop offers great services. This place is convenient to get to and I am a very satisfied customer. :)

They repaired the back hatch of my car. The work was done on time and with quality. I did have a little trouble with accurate communication with the front desk but the techs straighten that out and I was pleased overall.
