Always get the same haircut, never come out of here unpleased from the results of Danielle. About a month in, I have to get a hold of when shes available next. My hair grows back to quick... the fact I go back and Danielle remembers everytime my style and commits to it looking 100% everytime... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. When you have a stylist you like, yall ready know! Got my professional photos looking fantastic after this haircut. YOU GOT KIDS, DANIELLE WILL MAKE THEM LOOK LIKE STUDS & QUEENS

I didn't like their tipping system. I paid for the 3 of us and ended up paying $10 in tip for a $23 haircut for junior, then another $10 in top for myself and then $7 for the third. Felt like their POS system is purposely programmed to trick customers into tipping more.

Dude just got mad when I tried to show the pic of what kind of haircut I want.
With the machine, 5 min I was done.
I hate this thing about almost all the great clips. Again and again I gave it a shot, may be I roamed around almost all great clips nearby, only to get disappointed. Once a while there is a good barber, otherwise most, I struggle to find any kind of service other than just run a machine.
I understand the hard work barbers do, and always tip around 50%, but this was kind of disappointing, felt like top 0 and go to other barber shop to fix it. But you know, that would be very rude, ended up tipping $5 and fixed my hair at home.

Today I had very bad experience here.. The hair stylist not did well for me and my hair style is totally collapsed after hair cut. The hair stylist doesn’t know anything about hair cutting. I am totally upset for the service they have provided. After hair cut I am not able to combing my hair and I have frustrated lot.

This location has gone through a management change, as well as an interior transformation recently. Danielle, the current manager, is doing a super amazing job - running a tight ship - to turn this location around. She is amazing, and makes a lot of effort to really understand the type of cut you need and delivers great results. I've been going to this location for the past 14 years and it's had its ups and downs, but it's on the up again thanks to all the new stylists, including Danielle.

I have been a Great clips customer for year. I have been going to the Redmond location last few months. Stylist Phuong was very rude and did not do a good job. Phuong was very aggressive while using the clippers. Phuong did it as if someone was forcing her to do it. Redmond management please look into this issue.
