My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Kuo’s office for a couple of years now. He’s a wonderful dentist and thoroughly goes over anything needed. We’ve had fillings and crowns done with Dr. Kuo. He explains the necessary timeline so we can schedule accordingly and we’ve never felt pressured or misguided. Not to mention every time he’s given me a shot, done a filling or crown it’s been virtually painless! The hygienists are great also and I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. They’re personable and kind, as is Lisa at the front desk. Always a great experience here!

I had an appointment that I was trying to reschedule and Lisa told me that I couldn’t do that and if I did I’d have to pay. I explained that I am a full time student and that I can’t pay for a visit that I cannot go to and explained that I had clinicals that I was informed of last minute and that had been trying to get in touch with the office for the past 3 days and that I needed to reschedule or come in after 4 and I was met with combativeness. This was just for a simple teeth cleaning and I find it hard to believe that my appointment could not be moved to a different day. Dr Kuo is amazing but his staff is not. I have had bad experiences with one of their dental hygienist who did a half way job on my cleaning and left lots of residue in my mouth and they seem to be more money driven then actually caring for there clients. I also moved from Bellevue further down south and have stayed loyal to Dr. Kuo by driving all the way out of my way to see him cause it’s hard to find good dentists but due to his staff and the horrible customer service I received today and money hungry ways of his office I will be finding a new dentist. The office has done nothing to right their wrong. I DO NOT recommend coming to this dentist office at all.

Dr Kuo and his team are excellent care givers. Very professional bed side manner, hygienists very proficient at their work, and everyone is always smiling n welcoming genuinely. I Highly recommend Dr Kuo if you are looking for a dentist who takes pride in his work, and CARES. Keep up the good work Dr Kuo and your team.

I live in Bothell and I drive to Redmond because of the outstanding service provided by Dr Kuo and his team. Their passion for their work and the quality of the work they do makes all the difference. This morning I had an appointment that started at 7:30 a.m., which meant leaving my home by 645 to make sure I wasn't late. I've been making the drive for close to 20 years.

Kuo’s office is great, I have been going for months. Excellent fast service, exceptionally kind hygienists, zero hassle. If you have teeth, this is the right dentist for you. 6/5 stars.
