A very professional A1 service they have provided what others could not, everything was explained to the details, Thomas and Vanita were kind and friendly . I would definitely recommend this business if you are looking for a solution to store your personal property.

My husband had an account with them for years. They were always amazing and if it wasn’t for the fact we moved so far away we would still be utilizing them. He needed access to his box for an emergency that popped up one time and they actually met us there on a day off and were so amazing and understanding. Can not recommend them enough ❤️

Feel free to check out the photo attached, the insurance bought through this horrible establishment DOES NOT COVER ROBBERY. WARNING THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND. They will steal from you and get away with it. So damn sad. Be smart people, this place charges 1/4 the price of the Bellevue Vault location and there's a reason for it. To give them the benefit of the doubt IF they were not involved in my robbery I was provided ZERO HELP NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOTHING. It made things very clear.... I hope someone reading this decided to run in the opposite direction.

The facility is super clean and the added layers of security gives me peace of mind in storing items with Guardian Vault. Brandon was awesome during the setup of my box and it was so easy to complete.

Guardian Vault has a great business model and is extremely secure. They have a very smooth process to open a safe deposit box and are much more secure than a bank. They even offer insurance for valuables which is something banks don't offer. They have convenient hours and are open even on Saturdays. They are right in my Redmond Ridge neighborhood and that makes it easy and convenient!

I've done my research and Guardian Vault is probably the safest Safe Deposit Box company in the state of WA. It seems like they have the highest level of security in place (better than banks) - they are also so much more accessible and private as well. Eventhough I have to drive 45 minutes to get there, I prefer Guardian Vault over any other safe deposit box company or storage company because I trust them and know that my stuff is safe, secure and private. The owners, Brandon and Sandeep, are super nice as well as really smart and well-informed - former bankers, they know their stuff and will get you set up efficiently and help you get Safe Deposit Box insurance too if you need it. They also have package and mailbox services - I was getting frustrated with all the package theft I was experiencing and this is perfect for me! Thank you Brandon and Sandeep - you guys are awesome!!

Great place. I am a super visual person who is highly suspicious when I place sells security as much as this place did. However, walking in I loved the colors and safety that it provided. No one was getting to my valuables behind that massive door. The tour was great and the guy watching over the place seemed extremely capable. I was comfortable storing my belongings knowing that it would be safe. Appreciate the warm welcome each time I come in.

My husband and I came in and got a great tour from a wonderful gentleman. He was knowledgeable about the business, and knew what he was talking about. The place was clean and organized. It is located in a safe neighborhood. I live in the Marysville, past the Seattle area but drive all the way to keep my valuables here. Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone. Can't believe they are not completely filled up by now!

I recently heard about Guardian Vault and signed up for a tour. The building was very clean and colorful and their customer service was amazing. They answered all my questions and explained their security system. The whole thing seems very safe and definitely somewhere I would recommend to store your valuables.
