Not sure how this location stays open. The place always look like it's been ransacked. Lots of empty shelves, lots of missing, mislabeled and mispriced stock. No sales staff to help out. I went in looking for a keyboard and wandered around for 15 minutes without any staff appearing. Might as well have shopped on Amazon.

I took two strandbergs in to have them set up and change the tunings. I was a bit hesitant because strandbergs have a unique tuning mechanism.Tyler the guitar tech did an incredible job - both guitars feel even better than they did before and they are holding the new tuning perfectly.Tyler also gave incredible customer service. He was super friendly and happy and even called me to make sure he put on strings that I liked. When I commented on how happy he seemed, he told me it’s because this job is his favorite. He also told me bought himself a strandberg specifically to learn how they work and be able to work on them - I was extremely impressed by that.Thank you Tyler for setting up my guitars and putting such positive energy out into the world :D

Mikhayle is the man! I asked him one question and he had me sold right away from listening and being hospitable with great product knowledge. He made going to Guitar Center fun and cool again.

Rude employees basically ignored me and couldn’t be bothered to give any assistance. I have always felt uncomfortable as a female customer here over the years. I won’t be returning.

River is very nice, he helped me on the phone and gave good suggestions on speakers. He walked me through the whole thing and I appreciate it for an elderly like me. If you visit this GC ask for River !

The center is awesome if you want to purchase. I would go and play drums in free time. However, lesson experience is pathetic. It is hard to schedule classes, communication is poor and staff is rude. I had to cancel the remaining session without getting refund. I wish the staff could be nicer to customers who are paying for classes.

The staff never asked if we needed help, seemed to be more interested in noodling on a guitar. I'd find somewhere else to shop.

The store opens until 9pm. I went in around 6pm and standing in front the "Repair" department for minutes and have not seeing a soul. Later they told me they currently have no repair guys available. I had to clarify what they meant by that, and they said the repair guys are usually here in the morning until 5pm. It would be helpful to customers if they can put up a sign on the Repair department counter with their "Business hours" for the Repair department.

Pretty typical for a Guitar Center. Great acoustic room. Staff is better than your average GC.

The best place for guitars and aspiring performers to find everything they need

The sales dude acted like he was being forced to sell me equipment, and I was looking at ~$2000 equipment. Why would I patronize this place when I can get the same stuff online for the same price from places that don't treat me like a vagabond who wandered in?? I came in ready to spend $$$ and left feeling relieved that there were alternatives online.Edit: after reading other reviews, I have to corrobarate and say that the employees were all clearly more interested in chatting with each other than they were selling equipment. It's hard for me to convince myself that I should try brick and mortar when this is the customer experience I get. I'd rather just buy on Amazon.

Took my Les Paul to the Redmond GC to replace the pickups and wiring. I was expecting it to take all day but Tyler had it done in 2 hours!! A job well done! Thank you Tyler!
