Healthpoint has the worst wait times for calls. I waste at least 5 minutes every time I need to reach my doctor or the pharmacy. Tried to return their call today and waited for 5 minutes only to get an automated message saying no one is picking up the line and to leave a message. Why make people wait on the line?
