Thank you Matt!
I bought a place recently in Redmond and I was lucky to have Home Depot within a mile of my new place. I had to replace all the bathroom toilets and other kitchen appliances . Matt, a Home Depot outdoor loading associate, loaded my heavy home improvement toilet in an ex Uber that I ordered, and he did this with a smile and was very cordial and very enthusiastic about helping us.
Matt, was very professional, courteous and eager to help.
I just wanna personally thank you Matt for all of your great help. Please keep up the good work. You are an amazing Home Depot associate.

We hate the new checkout system. Used to be able to just walk up to the self register and go. Now it's a crowded mess, as everyone (and all those large items) are crammed into the same line.

APPARENTLY AI IS TAKING ALL THE JOBS. IF THEY'RE AUTOMATED MACHINE CAN'T CUT A KEY GOOD LUCK FINDING SOMEONE WHO CAN. WORSE YET TRY TO FIND A MANAGER TO A LOG A COMPLAINT WITH. WITH A STRAIGHT FACE I WAS TOLD YEAH SURE I'LL SEND SOMEBODY BACK THERE IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR SO THEY'RE ON BREAK. I WORKED HERE 20 YEARS AGO AND I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW YOU GUYS DROPPED THE BALL! CORPORATE GET SOMEBODY YOU CAN RUN THIS STORE TO THE STANDARDS YOUR COMPANY CLAIMS TO UPHOLD.
