I ordered a gardening hoe from the Redmond Home Depot. Their site says there are more than 70 available in the store. Within a fairly short period of time they canceled the order because they said there were none available. Tried calling to see what reality was to see if it was worth going by tomorrow to try to pick one up. No one was able to help.

Hate to do this - first curbside pickup from home depot - thought it would save me some time... have been waiting out here 10-15mins before i called the phone number in front of me where it just rang for 5 mind before I hung up to post this review. Guess it is busy - but I could have bought this the old fashion way and been back home by now.

Typical home Depot. Doesn't blow my mind. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. I love that I have this place in my life. This place and harbor freight are the indispensable places for my habitual tryst with carpentry. Cheers

This Redmond Home Depot has had good customer service every time we've gone. We've been to other places that ignore requests to help and tell you to do it yourself while employees stand around doing nothing. Of note, the Redmond Home Depot staff kindly help us tie our tree to our SUV every time we buy a tree from here. I wanted to highlight Kenny for his great service helping us get our Christmas tree on our SUV today. He declined our tip but wanted to highlight his customer service

On November 4, 2023, I ordered a toilet tank to be delivered to my home on November 5, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with an additional delivery payment. The order number is WM50975233. On November 5, I was waiting for any notifications. However, I didn't receive any.I logged in to my email and found that my order had been canceled by Home Depot without any explanation or call/message to get me notified.I called customer support where I spent over 20 minutes of my time to get an answer that it is out of stock in the store, they should have delivered this item from (Redmond). I didn't get any explicit explanations, but rather the answer that I can reorder it.I spent over the day waiting for an order that has never been delivered and more time on the phone to get nothing.This is the worst customer service I ever experienced.

Bad service and brain dead checkers with no initiative. They display stuff outside, so when I'm done shopping inside and at the checkout I ask them to charge me for one item outside at the other door. They couldn't and wouldn't. I would have to go all the way out and get it after i had already scanned my stuff at the register. The sad part was that there were 3 available checkers standing around and not a thought glimmered to have one of them go out and get the sku. The store lacks contemporary best practices. Learn from the grocery business where each checker has a cheat sheet of skus especially for all the produce. Dahhh.

Made a second visit to this location and needed advice of an electrical nature. Good advice was given cheerfully and I am appreciative. Some parts were hard to find and selections were not as great as I would have preferred, but all in all a successful visit.

Just so big and so much to side track you from why you came there that i dislike going. Truthfully they have everything one needs for fixing improving or expanding one’s home, room, bathroom patio deck, faucet. Big appliances washer/ dryers,refrigerators , grills, bug spray lawn stuff household cleaning supplies etc.,,

Today we rented a professional carpet cleaner to clean our living rug. It was a very disappointing experience. The guy in the tool rental department let us waited for 15min and finally showed up at the front desk. He didn’t seem to like working there. He didn’t go over any instruction or terms; he shooed us away after taking the credit card info. Later, when we were returning the machine, we were told to be charged $25 cleaning fee. We expressed our confusion regarding this; the response we got was “unfortunately, the machine has to come back clean. You guy can take it back, clean it and then return it again.” First of all, we didn’t even go over the machine as checking it out, neither were told that we had to clean it before returning is. The rental service should be responsible for the maintenance which includes cleaning in a common sense. For example, you don’t clean your rental skis or boosts before returning them; neither pay extra cleaning fees if you don’t. I thought Home Depot is all about outstanding customer service. This experience is entirely opposite to that! Such a disappointment!!

I ordered 36 boxes of flooring and they sent 3 boxes of different color. My contractor didn't notice and Installed it. Now I have to remove these bad planks and buy new ones again and pay the contractor. I asked Home Depot to compensate for my loss. Home Depot manager was extremely rude and didn't care. They didn't accept their mistake. It was a horrible experience to buy flooring from home Depot. Never again!

My shock of a life time happen today at Home Depot in Redmond Washington. i am a Navy Veteran.............My serial number is 392-07-85. My Drivers License shows me as a veteran...................... But Home Depot disgraced me today by not allowing me to have my 10 percent discount, because now they have a new system before any veteran can get the 10 percent discount. you must go on line if you have a lap top and fill out a report that shows you are a Veteran,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it is a total scam against us veterans to not provide you the discount. it needs a document from your time in service before they give you the discount. It involves your phone. i have no documents now since it has been since 1958 when i was discharged, July 10th. But how did my Washington State Drivers License have Veteran placed on the bottom right corner of my license. I did not fill out anything for this identification appearing on my license. I have been going to this store since they opened many years ago, and have spent thousands of dollars from all appliances to lumber enough to fill a semi truck. and this is the way I am treated.................. Sixty five years ago i was discharged from the United States Navy, and besides me, my three Brothers all served..................so Home Depot has really hurt me today for doing this to me......................... And to think, this is my penalty for not getting my Military Discount after all these years, my lost records......but you have my serial number, which no Veteran ever forgets. Home Depot, you should be ashamed of yourself....392-07-85..

I was looking for saw blades. Very expensive! Eeek. A nice gentleman helped me by explaining the different types of saw blades and what they are used for. He was not an employee. The only person that asked if I needed help was the guy who worked in paint. I appreciated him.
