“Good staff and very knowledgeable. The wait time can sometimes be a bit long but worth it wether you are placing an order or looking for information. They offer free decking samples. This is a huge plus and I typically send my customers there to look at deck displays and samples”

“We were shopping for front door hardware and assumed we'd go to Ferguson. Lo and behold, Ferguson only sells door hardware online. Fortunately we discovered Chown Hardware in Bellevue. What a great showroom! What great employees! Tim Murray was really helpful in the store, the product was delivered in a few days and I'm very pleased with the purchase. In the showroom I handled the hardware I was planning to order online (from Ferguson) and didn't like it at all. I found something I liked much more in person in the showroom.”

“I stopped in Issaquah Lowe's to check out and possibly purchase a particular dishwasher. In spite of a barrage of customers that seemed to show up all at once, Justin in the Appliance Dept. provided personable, knowledgeable and patient customer service to customers as well as coworkers who had questions. He was unflappable and efficient. Everyone was "attended to" thanks to the excellent service provided by Justin and others in the dept. It was clear that the sales staff at Lowe's are nice people that work as a team in helping customers. A pleasure to shop there. Kudos to Lowe's--keep up the great hiring picks!”

Hamish along with a few other employees were quick to help us when we needed extra help making sure a fire on our hay trailer was completely put out. “I needed to get outdoor sconces and flood lights. Kasim and Steve had the best service. I swear this is the first time anyone at Home Depot, Lowe's, Mclendons, insert hardware store name here, has ever asked me if I needed help! I used to dread going to hardware stores because I knew I'd get lost, frustrated, and shamed into leaving because no one was there to help me. No longer is that the case at the Redmond Home Depot! Kudos to you, Kasim and Steve, for providing me with top tier service. You both deserve a raise! I plan to visit the Redmond store more frequently now, even though the Issaquah location is closer to me. It's worth it for the excellent service!”
