Don’t waste your time… I had high hopes but I’m disappointed at how unprofessional and unorganized it was… let me explain.
My friend and I called ahead and asked if they are able to take 2 full set acrylic walk ins and they said yes ( this where they overlooked their schedule )
The lady Kim she was very nice, this is her work… I’m personally not pleased because it was nothing like the picture and I just wanted to have a nice day so I continued to let her finish my nails it started off very well… but then her 11:45am appointment walked in and was like “ Hey you got me for my 11:45am right?” Kim looks up at her client and says “ haha maybe” and her client with a sassy tone says “ okay” and proceeds to sit right behind me ( from there I just knew things were gonna go left ).
Kim rushed through my nails, when it came to drying she barely let the led fully finish between switches and she kept moving fast and hitting my nail… and stopped in the middle of doing my nails to start her 11:45am which her client I’m her was staring us down the entire rest of my nail session and yeah it wasn’t the greatest experience and I wasn’t talking much either cause I had nothing polite to say… won’t be returning and I suggest you put your hard earned money elsewhere than here… especially for wanting that nice experience when you’re off work like I had told her about how it’s our day off and we’re just wanting to look nice before we go back to work and I felt that Kim was a bit shady….
