I am leaving this review to share my gratitude to Brian who was extremely helpful in helping me with my reservation when booking.com was having issues. He reached out to them and went out of his way to fix my reservation and even followed up with a phone call to let me know! Customer service exceeded my expectations. Please give him a raise or promotion!! Thank you Brian, you rock!!

The hotel looks nice and we were well received. The room is spacious and clean, and a complimentary breakfast is certainly a plus.
What we don't like is the sound in the room. We continuously heard the refrigerator and air conditioning running - without any direct option to switch off the air conditioning, for example. You can also hear the sound from the hallway or other rooms very clearly in the room. This could certainly be improved, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Although situated in Redmond, some 15-20 min drive from downtown Seattle this hotel served as our base for exploring it.
Reason - such a good hotel in downtown Seattle costs times 2 or 3 of the price we paid here.
When reaching it from or driving to Seattle I suggest using I-90 (slightly longer route) to avoid the toll bridge.
Hotel is in a quiet residential area, close to a small river, lot of greenery around and a dog park in front, which was great for a morning walk.
Parking is across in the garage - it used to be free, but now they charge 15$ which is again much less than Seattle downtown. We booked it before they implemented parking fee, so the hotel waived the charges which was nice.
Rooms are very spacious, ours came along with a kitchen, two double beds and spacious bathroom.
Breakfast was very very good for American standards.
Pool area is nice - swimming pool is heated to perfect temp for swimming, and fair in size. Best of all, it's open from early morning (I think 6.30 AM) so I could get a great swim all alone before my breakfast. Unfortunately, the hot tub is not working currently.
Considering all the above, I strongly recommend this hotel

Location is great, right next to the Sammamish trail, and overall a very quiet and relaxing hotel. Room was spacious but the HVAC didn't seem to be working properly and it was always very cold inside. Breakfast was the typical selection, the staff tending to it were very friendly but more interested in talking to people than keeping things stocked. Ordered a steak at the H Bar for dinner one evening, it was cooked well and priced decently for the quality, served very quickly. It would have been nice if the parking garage were closer to the building or attached rather than across the street, but it wasn't terrible.

Had a nice stay. No complaints
Rooms: Being a return customer of Hyatt Hotels, the room is comfortable and generally affordable. Some Hyatts have very user-friendly TVs that will swivel to accommodate various sitting positions. Not the case in this particular hotel but was adequate.

Stayed for a few days while on a work trip to Microsoft. Conveniently located (abt 2 miles away from campus). Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed is super comfortable. Parking is free across the street in the garage. Downsides of the place is breakfast tho free was very basic, AC was loud and there’s no windows to open and noticed my room got cleaned relatively late every day 4pm. Overall recommend and would stay again.

Wow! what an amazing place. From the high end gym, swimming pool, great room service and friendly staff. This place is amazing, I highly recommend it for your vacations and short stays during trips.

Great location to stay at if you are visiting the greater seattle. Also great location to explore redmond, everything needed is within 6 blocks from the hotel or 5 mins drive.
Room was clean but the shower is aging... which is fine since the room is clean. Parking is across the rental apartment building, with a daily payment.
I really liked the place and service was great until i had a medical issue and the staff that day seemed not to have a process to help. The manager kept giving excuses when i informed him ... drama....
Anyways, its a great place except for that one glitch. I hope they will put in a process when they hear someone is in need of medical attention. I will say its a 4-5 star by google standard ;)... but i give a 3 given my event.

Excellent location with easy access to local businesses, retail, entertainment, paved walking/cycling trails, etc. The gym is mostly all cardio, with some space for yoga and a small collection of dumbbells. Indoor pool is small, but well-maintained. Hotel restaurant / bar is pretty good, too, with a decent selection for the complimentary breakfast. Staff is friendly and professional. Great value for your dollar, especially given the location. This Hyatt House is always the first place I check when I’m visiting Seattle.

2024 April Update: I stay in the area often and decided to give this hotel another try. All in all 4 stars: friendly service, fair breakfast (but no waffles :-), good room but relative to the another major chain hotel in Redmond Town Center I miss a few things: no Netflix or casting from phone on the TV, no evening social mixers with free drinks or outside patio and breakfast is less diverse which is the reason I am sticking to 4 stars. The noise issue from a couple years back has been addressed, room was very quiet this time around. Parking is conveniently located in an underground garage across of the lobby.

Room was clean and comfortable. Overall vibe was a bit industrial but nice. Thought it was a bit pricey for what we got, but the staff was polite and breakfast decent as well.
