I’m honestly not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I have been seeing Dr. Leou at this location for over 20 years and he’s fantastic. He is thorough and he always listens and addresses my concerns. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

This office had hundreds of reviews and they deleted all of them. I will re-review it every time.HORRIBLE. Do not come here. Very difficult to get anything scheduled due to nobody ever picking up the phone, and there is absolutely no follow up after lab results. Billing is impossible to get a phone call through to. If you somehow manage to get ahold of someone for an appointment you will regret making it in the first place, I promise.

I am a new patient and have been having a hell of a time to actually get booked in with any General Practitioner for weeks. They were able to get me in the same day and on top of that, my appointment only took 30 min to get the necessary prescription I needed. Overall I am so glad that I finally found a place that I can go to in the future.

Its hard to get in touch with them even for Billing or taking new appointments. Most of the time no one pick up the phone and calks goes to general voice mail

I can never get on call with them. There is a automated voice that says there are high call volumes like all the time and they never call back. What's the point of having primary doctor if I cant reach out when I am sick. Dr. Mitra's nurse is the worst.

I am visiting Dr. Leou for the past six years. He is a good doctor. He avoids unnecessary medicines and treat problem with whatever basic medicine is required. I saw several bad remarks regarding the staff and the lab technician but I never faced any problems with staff. Ladies at reception and billing are very courteous. Nurses also behaved well with me. Office is bit old style but it does not matter to me.

Dr Yam and his nurse saved my life today! I have been with Dr John Yam for more than 8 years. Dr Yam and his nurse are always a big help to me. Last night I had a stroke (I didn’t realize it was a stroke of course.) In the early morning, I left the massage to the nurse to ask whether I need to see the doctor. She replied immediately and made the appointment for me right away. Dr Yam gave me a check and asked me go to ER right away! They always give the quick response and efficient check when I need help. They are awesome and helpful and friendly.

Very bad experience, staff aren’t helpful at all, I’ve been waiting for my referral for a month I call every time and they have a new excuse either the fax not working, the referral person is not there, the referral person is busy now, we will send you to the referral person voice mail, and we you talk to the the referral she tells you I tried yesterday and at the same time she ask you where are you referred to?. it’s been over a month they take my information every time I call and they tell me we will call you for updates and no updates until now.

I've been with Interlake for 20+ years; although Dr Leo is awesome, on pt. with his diagnosis of illness, transparent, and passionate giving care, there seems to be a huge issue with the mgmt. of this practice, for the last couple of months, I've been trying to schedule an appt. for a physical, I called multiple times, and was unable to reach a human, left multiple messages, and no one returned my calls. I'm disappointed that I may have to search for a new primary care physician at this point.

Pathetic wait times - Never ever on time, DR Mitra is good, But her nurse is extremely rude and lacks basic empathy, not sure why Dr mitra has kept her on. Doctor is never on time, in last few years.

Dr. Leou has been my PCP for more than 20 years. He and his staff have always provided excellent service.

I don't know the nurse name, she is matured nurse, who just don't follow any process. Why do they keep such workers in medical field.
