Some of the employees are down right rude and almost act as if you're an inconvenience if you ask them a simple request. There were no buns in the hot dog station and they didn't even carry the small paper trays. You have to ask for them at the register. There's only one person that used to work graveyard which I really liked the rest of the employees need to be restrained on customer service

I’ve had multiple disturbing experiences at gas stations in the Jackson Redmond area, especially involving a particular employee — a curly-haired man — who consistently acts unprofessionally. On more than one occasion, I’ve witnessed him verbally harass paying customers, making rude or mocking comments completely unprovoked. Even worse, there are serious concerns about his behavior toward minors, with what appears to be inappropriate and unwanted flirting.
This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but potentially dangerous. I strongly urge management and corporate to look into this issue immediately and take appropriate action. Gas stations should be safe and respectful environments for everyone.
This is going to be reported to the BBB, better business bureau.
This is absorbed especially with the amount of young kids that go there. Disgusting behavior, hire people with professional skills that respect the people that are literally keeping this business up and running.

I am appalled and disturbed by the behavior of an employee at this establishment. During my recent visit, I witnessed this individual harassing paying customers and, most alarmingly, engaging in completely inappropriate and unacceptable conduct toward minors.
What should have been a routine experience quickly turned into something very uncomfortable and concerning. The employee’s behavior was not only unprofessional—it crossed serious boundaries that no business should tolerate.
It is absolutely unacceptable for any staff member to treat customers—especially children—in such a manner. I strongly urge the management to take immediate and appropriate action. If this situation is not addressed, it not only puts your customers at risk but also reflects extremely poorly on your company’s values and commitment to safety.
Until this issue is resolved and assurances are made regarding staff conduct, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I called because when you PAY AT THE PUMP it authorizes $100 before it approves your card to start getting gas - and if you don't have at least $100 in your account it tells you to go inside and pay at the register. And EVERYWHERE ELSE it goes away immediately once you're done pumping and you're ONLY charged for the gas you've pumped. When the lady on the phone who said she was the manager answered she was extremely rude and condescending and would not let me speak trying to ask my question about the charge and when it will go back. She accused me of lying and not listening while I am looking at my bank account and see the TWO charges, first the authorizing $100 and then the one for the gas.
She said 2 other people called and said the same thing. Maybe listen to your multiple customers having this issue at your business and try to fix it.

Their phone doesn't work or won't be answered. They charged my card for gas I got and a second charge the $100 minimum. How long until I am refunded the minimum? Is this it, I paid $129 for 6 gallons?

Great place to get snacks. Went there a couple times and the staff was always very kind and friendly. Good selection of food and drink.

They have a new manager in training, Jeanette was her name I think. She was super nice and I had a very positive interaction with her. I generally don't leave reviews but she seemed like a genuinely good person. Keep her.

Love this market - super easy to get to. They had everything I needed, and helped me find it, I give them 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ across the board, it is just awesome.

Every time I go there there is never any paper for receipts in their pumps. What a waste of time and risk to have to expose myself to Covid. Seriously can someone wipe the pumps off once a week. What a dump.

Good gas station stop overall. Gas and items are pricer than they should be and I don't understand why they sell bananas but ok.
