They removed the engine protection for oil change but did not attach it well. Why can't you do your job well?

I have a 24ft RV and was happy that it could be serviced by you. Everyone I had an interaction with was friendly and professional from initial contact until final contact. I wish that I had gotten everyone’s names so I could give them all a personal recommendation. I did get one name, Riley (he checked me out and reviewed everything) Great experience from start to finish.
