Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The overwhelming amount of soy sauce drowned out any other flavors, and the seafood quality was subpar. I was really bummed out, especially since I had bought lunch for my coworkers, and they all had the same disappointing experience. Overall, it was a letdown. I'm afraid we won't be returning anytime soon.

Low quality fish, the only flavor in the bowl was soy sauce. When paying to add extra eel, they included a single bite.

Just Poke, nestled in the heart of the Microsoft campus in Redmond's Common area, is a go-to spot for poke lovers, but with a few caveats. First off, be prepared for a wait—this place is always buzzing, and the line can stretch out the door. Pro tip: order online for pickup to skip the queue. Now, the hours might throw you off a bit—they don't open on weekends or for dinner. This joint caters mainly to the Microsoft crowd, so plan accordingly. Inside, you'll find a decent amount of seating among other nearby eateries, but come lunchtime, good luck snagging a spot. When it comes to poke, they've got options galore, from build-your-own bowls to suggested combos. Toppings? They've got 'em, but watch out for those sneaky extras that'll cost you. Now, here's the scoop—the portions are a tad on the smaller side, especially considering the slightly higher price point compared to other spots in Bellevue. My advice? Go for the build-your-own option for a bigger bang for your buck. Mix and match to your heart's content—trust me, everything plays well together. Overall, Just Poke is a decent choice if you find yourself on the Microsoft campus during the week, just steer clear during the lunch rush if you're not keen on waiting.

The poke was pretty good! The selection of sides was ok, but not the greatest. The fish was good, but not incredible. Staff were super nice though and very helpful. Overall a good place to go for a quick bowl of poke, pretty good but not the best I’ve ever had.

Fish was decent, rice was not the best. Should have went custom,.rainbow roll bowl with no veggies was meh. Loud music on entry was weird (love rock, but it was just.. weird vibe). Table was wobbly. Stomach felt odd afterwards. I'll check out other Poke places next time.
