I am fortunate to have Dr Yan Lui Baum become my primary physician following my previous physician’s retirement. Dr Baum is empathetic, organized and very knowledgeable. And she “calls me out” in a compassionate manner on my procrastination and unhealthy habits that are impacting my life as I age. I’m very happy with my care at Kaiser Permanente and Dr Baum.

I’ve been a Group Health/ Kaiser member for over 20 years! Love their convenient location in Redmond where there’s little wait time when I see my primary doctor and get lab and imaging done. It’s quality healthcare indeed!??????

Dr Reames and Radiologist Kristen were excellent.I was not able to see a doctor on Capital Hill or anywhere close for my month long cough. PA Reames was available and helped me get some medicine and chest X-Ray. Since it is a small satellite clinic you may need to wait, but they were both were accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend them along with the pharmacy.

Fantastic experience with Dr Baum at the Kaiser Redmond location. Correct diagnosis and good care. Moved my whole family over to her as their Primary as well. Keep up the good work.

. The nurses are nice. The doctors nice too. The location is clean and quiet. There's always free parking on the street. No disabled parking available.

During my appointment with Dr. Baum, she worked with me to solve 4 different problems that I am having. She answers all of my questions clearly and precisely. I appreciate having such a competent doctor.

I appreciate my doctor, but the front desk staff downstairs and upstairs are often quite rude. When you're feeling unwell, dealing with unpleasant receptionists can be disheartening.

I just had a visit with Dr. Baum at Kaiser in Redmond - both the apprentice nurse and doctor were very kind - they took time to listen to all my health concerns and gave great advice on what I can do to continue monitoring and controlling my diabetes. They are very professional and personable. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Great work by Dr. Andrews who carefully removed the stitches in my scalp, and Marina, who made the blood draw as comfortable as could be.
