I always come to cash a check but KeyBank did not let me open my account since I owe 600$. Sudha sonti suggested that I pay it start banking. She is very genuine and helpful. She promised that she will talk to her management and help me sort this.

If -100star was available totally would do that.. so sad this key bank branch customers service. they "the ladys" are so rude and very judgmental. They question were you work what you do and when they check your account depending on the amount you have they finish your transaction rude or nice I will never bring my business to this branch I felt very much offended. When I open my account I had some savings. And obviously I use the money it will not always be the same and this lady's treatment is so unacceptable.

Teller service in drive-trhu sucks at this location. Moreover you cant here the teller since the notice is covering the speaker.

Had the best experience when we came for Account opening with Suda Sonti. She clearly explained every detail. Made us very comfortable and helped us. Her professionalism is very good and very happy we met her. Cannot praise her enough.

Sudha and Sakahi are both great! I went in yesterday opened 4 accounts and these ladies were super nice and productive! I’ll definitely recommend them for personal and business banking.

I came here about 15 minutes before closing. I gave the consultant my account number but she insisted she didn't need it. She then proceeded to tell me I had entered in my information incorrectly but she updated it. She tried to upsell me credit cards and savings account. When I said no, she turned sour. I signed for my withdrawal they she said there's a security hold and to come back with an appointment to take care of it. She said it would take hours and to call customer service. I called customer service and they were able to help me within 15 minutes (issue isn't resolved yet). Be wary with banking with them. My employer deposited my paycheck as they do with my other accounts, the deposit is pending- unsure if it's related to the issue with my account. However given the fact I showed my identification they weren't able to give me what was in my account is very alarming.

Bad customer service and unresponsive. I had to chase the person working on loan application. He was irresponsible therefore application was not processed as he forgot to ask for additional documents.

Extremely inefficient customer service, even though the people are nice, has made me decide reluctantly, after a string of errors requiring repeated visits to the branch, that I can't possibly recommend this bank. I didn't think it could be worse than Bank of America, but it is. The online banking is frequently down and the chat service is utterly useless. Thankfully I've kept every scrap of paper to verify in person each time that they've made a mistake with deposits and fees, and as for phoning, it took only four transfers to get to someone in "customer service" who could do anything beyond asking all the details before transferring the call further.
