Avoid Avoid! This store is not worth your time nor money! The most terrible customer service experience. I will never visit this place again. Very rude and disrespectful.
I was there to return amazon purchases but customer service prioritizes Kohl’s returns so me and two more groups with Amazon returns ended up waiting more than half an hour because Kohl’s returns kept showing up. When I shared the feedback that this way we will end up in this line forever they came back to me very rudely saying weather or not you like it this is how it is! I was being completely polite but they were too rude to me. Also as soon as I entered the store I asked if it was ok for me to bring my dog as I didn’t want to leave him in the car (no signs were on the door if dogs were allowed or not and so I asked) the lady at the front said yes absolutely! But then after when I shared the feedback with the rude customer service and store manager they said by the way no pets are allowed in the store except support animals. As if they were now trying to attack me in every way they could.
I will not come back and I hope you don’t go either. They need to close and let people spend their time some place else.

They got rid of the separate Amazon return area and have you go through Kohls return desk. And they take all of the Kohls returns first so you can stand there for a long time while new Kohls returns come in. And they don't pull in anyone else to help even when the store is slow and there are a bunch of workers not busy. If you want to not do Amazon returns just DONT DO THEM.

I enjoy shopping at Kohl’s. I go often. 2 times/ month. My only complaint is Sonoma-Men’s Big and Tall T- shirts the 60/40 blend 3-4xl are rarely restocked. I end up going online.

Emma at sephora in Redmond was really sweet and very nice. I had a gift card and she was so helpful in me picking a few things out. I'm not really a makeup person, but she was really thorough and helpful.Thank you emma understanding what i was looking for. Really appreciate it.

Store supervisor was very unprofessional and rude.. she refused to accept my amazon return while i was already in return line ten minutes before their closing time but the person in front of me took too long.. when it was my turn to be helped, she turned me away saying they are closed by now. when i said i should be helped since i was already inline before closing time and this is just what every store does, she was angry at me and literally said “if you do not like it, then don’t bring your returns to kohls again”

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the deceptive practices I encountered at this store. During my recent visit, the billing associate recommended that I obtain a store card, promising a 35% discount. I specifically inquired whether this was a credit card or merely a store card. The associate assured me unequivocally that it was not a credit card, but simply a store card.
However, to my dismay, I later received a notification indicating a credit inquiry had been made. This is particularly distressing as I am in the process of purchasing a vehicle, and this inquiry could adversely affect my credit score.
When I sought assistance from the store manager, I received nothing beyond a perfunctory apology, with no substantive resolution offered. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and feeling misled by what I now perceive to be dishonest practices.
Regrettably, I will no longer patronize this establishment, and I caution others to be wary of such deceptive tactics.

I was looking for 2 matching purses for teenagers. I didn't find what I was looking for. I bought socks that were on clearance. I was looking around at clearance areas. The south west corner of the store has a clearance area with alot of clothing on the floor under every rack. Also size are mixed up all over the store. Messy!
