What a disaster this place is.. I just wanted to tour the facility for enrolling my upcoming infant. They called me 3-4 times to confirm the appointment and when I went there was no one to give me tour. So I rescheduled and the same thing happened again. A teacher let us in and said that infant is closed… so we asked why were we scheduled and she just shrugged. If that’s their attitude with potential customers, I don’t even know how they treat existing parents and kids…

My child attended this school for about 3.5 years and it used to be ok. But has quickly changed to Poor management, lack of compassion, very rude and unwelcoming, feels like chaos all the time. Highly suggest not send your child here and if you do follow your gut and check on the camera as often as you can.

My son attended this facility for 3.5 years and up until the last few months this was a good spot for him. They used to actually practice letters, numbers and shapes. They used to do some really fun art projects to help with motor skills. They used to separate child appropriately by age. NONE of this happens any more with the new director. There has been a ton of staff turn over recently. I have personally witnessed this director yelling at children across the room in a very abnoxious tone, I have witnessed her rudly addressing other staff, I have witnessed her physically and aggressively relocate a child from one side of the room to the other. At first site as a new person it looks ok but the current staff (except miss Monika and miss adrianne) are not welcoming at all and rude. She has been caught in lies and she is asked to document it in writing but she tries to cover her tracks. My child used to go to school with no issues and it got to the point that he would beg me not to take him because she is mean. If you send your child I strongly suggest watching the cameras and it will contradict what she tells you. This is a very unhealthy enviroment with no educational aspect any longer.

This daycare is very poorly managed. The current director lacks honesty and makes up excuses for their wrongdoings. We had a meeting scheduled, but the director canceled at the last minute. They claimed to have left a voicemail, but upon checking my phone, there was no such voicemail. When I confronted the director, they admitted to not sending a voicemail. I couldn't understand why they felt the need to fabricate excuses. Honesty should be the most important trait for an educator. I can't imagine sending my child to a daycare managed by a dishonest person.

Our son attended La Petite in Redmond for a few months. Generally speaking we felt as though he was safe and moderately engaged with learning and development activities (teacher dependent).Overall our experience was frustrating and I would say that this facility is mismanaged. Operating hours were reduced by 30-60min daily with no refund or tuition credit. On the afternoon of Friday sep-2 we received a text telling us his class would be closed on Monday for 4 weeks! Better care and attention (and likely wages) should be paid to the employees that make this service possible. This is an unreliable facility that provides a mediocre service at a premium. Lunch and snacks are served on styrofoam. I am of the opinion that net income takes precedence over quality service.Ms. Rhiannon and the chef are absolutely wonderful and do a superb job. Tip of the hat to you both.

Firstly, as I drove in, there was a houseless individual asleep in the yard of the childcare near the fence, which feels unsafe. I was scheduled for a tour here and told there was availability for my son. I even have a confirmation email. Upon arrival, the woman who came to the door said “um, we aren’t doing tours or enrolling because we have no staff.” She said her regional director was there so she wanted to go double check. I waited outside (by the tacky fake flowers stuck in their flower bed) and when she came back, she told me they won’t be enrolling for 10 months but I could tour anyways. I chose not to, because it would be pointless. It is asinine to be in such poor communication with La Petite corporate that you are scheduling tours and wasting peoples time and energy. I will be calling them. Get it together.

DO. NOT. ENROLL. YOUR. CHILD(REN). HERE!Management treats their good teachers like trash which in turn does not leave good care for your children. Sure, they get fed, there's toys to play with, but the teachers SLAVE day after day creating lesson plans in their own personal free time just to be treated like their actual living lives do not matter. 100,000% DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

The school is very conveniently located and has good outdoor area for kids to play. However, we did not have good experience at this school. Some teachers in the school seemed uncaring and rude to the kids. I noticed that classrooms felt chaotic and unorganized with kids wondering around not knowing what to do. Several times I have seen electronics (tablets) and sometimes TV being used to keep kids busy. Home foods are not allowed, but quality of the food provided at the school was not satisfactory. My kids used to like going to their previous preschool and liked their teachers before we moved to the area and enrolled them in La petite. They developed phobia about going to this school and their teachers. Academically they did not seem to learn anything. I ended up withdrawing them and put in a different school with much longer commute, but kids seem to be happy and learning things.

My daughter went here in the Redmond branch for a year and couple months. Overall we had a good experience. But it was completely ruined by the director there Matty Ryder. She is unprofessional and super super FAKE. She will smile at you every single day. But if something happens, she doesn’t side with her clients ever! Even if the teacher is wrong. She will keep mumb. And just side with her teacher.Suzanna, briana, laurel, Stevie- all teachers are amazing. They have always looked after my child very well. We ve had our ups and downs there. But the director really spoilt the whole experience for us. She will lie through her teeth when giving the tour! She told us home food is allowed as long as it’s healthy and doesn’t appeal to other children. And when we sent home good for a month( suggested by the doctor, as my child had lost a little weight). She put it as if she is doing us a favor by allowing food from home.At the tour please don’t be deceived by the curriculum, as it’s purely a daycare. Don’t expect your child to learn a lot( average basic only). If your looking for a strong curriculum then enroll somewhere else! Definitely not here. The food served is severely UNHEALTHY. Pizza, cornbread, quesadillas, burritos, CANNED Fruits almost 4 days a week out off 5. Only some days the have soup. One day when I said why the food is so unhealthy, I got the lamest answer saying cheese has protein!Seriously? Would anyone give their children this kind of food at home everyday???The cleanliness factor is bad. The classes are stuffy and decor is really bad and old.The stuffed animals and toys look like they have been gotten from a bad thrift store!!! Very bad toys. No educational speciality toys!I don’t recommend this place if your looking for academics. Although some teachers who are constants are very nice.We would have prolly stuck around more if the academics were stronger.

My daughter spent close to 2.5 years here. We have had no complaints from her. Food provided healthy food and have good vegetarian alternatives too. Clean classrooms and kitchennette. Each class that my child attended ( preschool 1 to pre-k 2) have always had at least one experienced teacher who has been associated with the school for at least 3-4 yrs. The director Miss Matty is nice , approachable and always greets you with a smile. Overall happy and satisfied !

My child went here as a toddler, and she started having tears in her eyes the first time I dropped her off. That changed after a while, and this school helped her with manners and other daily activities that she does in 5th grade, the grade she is in now.

My daughter has been going to La Petite for almost two years and has really done well with the all teachers, especially Ms. Susanna. My daughter who is in the 3yr old group always brings fun artwork that incorporates learning. I have also noticed that my daughter's manners have improved as well as her communication skills.

I have a seven year special need son and a three year old daughter go to La Petite every day. I really appreciate the director and the teachers totally accept my special need son, and would like to help and teach him in daily life skills. With their patience and loving hearts, My son made a very good progress during these years staying in La Petite. I would definately recommand La Petite to others.

All I have to say is the La Petite Academy has made a great improvement on my son. I have had a hard time finding a place for my son where he can be happy and finally I found it. I highly recommend La Petite as a mother we want to feel at ease when we are at work. The lovely office staff and teachers are excellent. They take the time with every child teaching them a great early start.
