Rudina is thee best! I spoke to her prior to coming in to the store and she was so welcoming and helpful! When I came into the store the next day after trying on several glasses and not finding the right one. Rudina knew exactly what type of glasses I like and I was able to pick a great pair with her assistance! She also helped with finding and billing my insurance. I will definitely come back for another pair of glasses at LensCrafters Redmond! Thank you Rudina, you are a gem!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the in-store pickup experience for my recent Ray-Ban order at the LensCrafters location in Redmond, WA.
I arranged to have my online Ray-Ban glasses delivered to the Redmond LensCrafters store, as I was unavailable to receive delivery at home. When I arrived to pick them up, staff told me the glasses were not there and suggested I open a claim with UPS. I presented the tracking number, which clearly showed the item had been delivered.
The store manager, Rudina, then became involved, checked again, and eventually stated that the glasses had been found. However, inconsistent explanations and body language suggested that this change in information was not genuine or authentic.
I will be opening a ticket with Ray-Ban to request that this store be reevaluated and possibly removed from their list of official pickup locations.
I hope this complaint leads to stronger accountability and better service standards for future customers.

I stopped in today at LensCrafters to have my glasses adjusted. Keisuke and Mina were incredible. My glasses fit perfectly now! Brian also offered extra assistance and support with my purchase and helped with info about the area. I hope to be back here again.

I always have the best experience at Lenscrafters in Redmond or anywhere I have gone. I have been getting my glasses at Lens Crafters for 25 years. Rudina and all the people at the Redmond store are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Plus the range of frame selections are great.

If you want a smooth experience, expert product knowledge and a fast turn around, this is the place for you and your family. I've been coming here for over six years for all my optical needs and wants, and I've never been disapointed. I always leave feeling that all my concerns were addressed and confident that I'm in good hands. That feeling is due to Lenscrafters incredible team.
All the opticians here (Rudina, Minna, Brian and Keisuke) are very professional and approchable. They all have a great sense of fashion.
