Keisuke was an AMAZING associate and made this LensCrafter our go to! He shared lots of helpful information, was patient with my son, and he didn’t pressure us at all to make a purchase or go with a specific lens which helped make the experience enjoyable and seamless. He also actually ASKED if we wanted the protection plan and let us know we had until pickup to decide rather than just charging us for it and hoping we didn’t notice like the lady who sold me my glasses did. His service made up for that 100%

Family and I have been going here for about 5 years and have always had a great experience. Staff is always friendly and able to help with selecting and when needed repairing our glasses.

I stopped in to the Redmond Town Center store to get my glasses adjusted and unexpectedly ordered another pair. Rudina helped me and personnal paid for the money I was short because I had brought the wrong wallet. Her amazing kindness allowed me to get the order for new glasses in without delay. INCREDIBLE!!!!

Rudina was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was unbelievably helpful in determining the correct fit for my new glasses, super nice, and explained the difference between all the lens options in a way that was very easy to understand.

We ordered Rayban prescription sunglass after looking design on the stand which had bright blue shiny reflection. The salesperson ordered prescription sunglasses for the same. It turn-out there is no blue color when the product finally arrived, its all grey coated. Lenscrafter person attended refused to accountability and asked us to pay additional charge to fix their problem (it turns out salesperson specified a glass Blu-Gray3 which says does not have any blue color in the lens). We have to pay additional ~$80 amount to get "right" lens for the frame.I think LensCrafters service quality going down with lack of competition. "30 Day Happiness Guarantee 100% satisfaction guaranteed. That's our promise. So, if you're not completely happy with your purchase within the first 30 days, just let us know. We'll do whatever it takes to make it right" is becoming joke.PS: We have been going to lenscrafters for last 10 years, this is our first bad experience.

Very bad customer service at the Redmond location. They have delivered my prescription Sunglass and it looked completely different from what we have ordered. I went to the store to share the concern and the customer service was not at all friendly. They suggested to pay more to get the exact color and glass. I found more friendly customer service at the Bellevue location.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at LensCrafters Redmond location. Despite ordering a replacement frame and glass through their EPP program (which is an insurance that I purchased from LensCrafters) due to my broken glasses, I have not received a proper response even after 4 weeks. Despite calling three times, each time I receive different answers. On two occasions, they claimed they didn't have the frame and found one in another store, promising it would be available the next day, but I never heard back. Today, the individual I spoke to was incredibly rude, stating there were no proper notes in their system and only the lab technician could provide answers. However, the lab tech was not present, and when I asked that I want to speak to manager, he claimed that he is the manager and he had no additional information, instructing me to call again tomorrow. This level of rudeness is unacceptable. Additionally, earlier this year, I purchased a brand new frame and glass that arrived with a very noticeable scratch. They are still attempting to replace it. This demonstrates poor quality and a complete disregard for customer service. I and my family have been their customer for more than 8 years and this will be my last time doing business with them.

Glorianne was exceptionally helpful getting my son his new pair of glasses on the same day he injured his eye and was unable to wear his contacts. She was kind, empathic, and efficient. Wonderful in every way!

I purchased a pair of bi-focal glasses at this location. They could not get the bi-focal measurement right on my first pair of glasses so they had to order me a new pair with new measurements. The second pair was the same, bifocal line not right. If I wear the glasses they give me a headache and make me feel car sick. I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do because they’ve replaced them once already and they’re outside of the covered time for returns. Because of their inability to measure my glasses right I now have glasses that I have paid for and cannot wear. I have wasted both my time and money. I feel as though they have stolen from me. They got my money and I have a worthless product that will end up in the trash because of their inability to do their job, own their mistakes and have basic customer service skills. The doctor was fantastic. It’s a shame that he’s at this location. I will not be using lense crafters again. I can’t trust that they won’t steal from me in the future. If you wear bi-focals I would go somewhere else as the people that work here are incapable of measuring them correctly and you take the chance of being swindled out of your money with no wearable glasses to show for it. If I could give them a score of zero stars I would.
