Andrew, the store manager was a great helped. He took a lot of time in guiding me toward the right options and also ensuring the right fit for my glasses. I truly appreciated his patience and professionalism which made the whole experience easier and comfortable.

Scott was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly!
Today, I was able to get my glasses adjusted, as I sat on one pair and the other was slipping off of my nose a little. They are now both perfect again, including the one that I wasn’t sure could be fixed! Awesome!
Andrew was also there to welcome me, taking the time to do so even while doing a really great job of mentoring new employees.
Everyone there added to making the environment feel welcoming!
I will definitely be back to this location with all of my glasses and contact needs!

I had a fantastic experience at the LensCrafters store located in Redmond, WA, while shopping for new glasses, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Tom & Andrew. They both were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. They took time to understand my needs, guided me through the different frame styles and lens options, and offered honest suggestions that suited both my prescription and personal style.

Had a fabulous experience at this store. Came in with my bent glasses and the store manager, Andrew, fixed them for me for free! He was extremely helpful, and was accommodating with exploring insurance options in order to order new glasses. Thanks, Andrew!
