Amazing, we are luck to have these guys close by! They always fix it. The guy who fixed it, I think his name was Brandon, really explained what's going on. They fixed both tires that were leaking and did not charge me for any! They are presumably hoping I will buy tires from them, and I looked at their prices and found them very competitive. I will surely buy from them as soon as I need new tires on my Tesla!

Called in for checking my tires for a flat in the morning, said they would schedule some time at 4 pm, went there at 4 and there was no appointment scheduled. Said they would look at my car at 6, waited till 6:30 and my car was done a half hour ago. They called on everyone waiting except me till the very end. Said the $20 flat tire charge was fixed for free but I get home and find the tire still flat. I lost half a days work, wasted time waiting, was given no update and still have a flat. Not happy.
UPDATE: guess I’m just unlucky that I got another flat immediately after fixing the first one. Got new tires at the same location with a walk-in.

Outstanding service and truly professional staff!
I recently visited Les Schwab in Redmond, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and with a friendly attitude.
A special thank you to Albert — he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and the customer experience. Albert took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done.
This kind of service is why I’ll keep coming back and recommending this location to others. Thank you, Albert and the Les Schwab team, for going above and beyond!

The Les Schwab off of East Lake Sammamish Parkway is an amazing store. I love taking my car there the young lady at the front desk is always very helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Grace did a great job in replacing my tier. I did not wait long at all. I love this location :) to all the employees. I came in without an appointment on Sat, May 24th at 4:05pm and they worked me in. They were completed less than one hour.
Thank you, Thank you the management and employees at my Les Schwab, the place and people you trust to not over charge and give you incorrect information about what you need for your car. Thank you again! I can say enough about you!!

Great experience. I went for wheel alignment. They did inspection to find I don’t need the alignment and did not charge me. This shows high level of service commitment! Highly recommended

I always take my Jeep here for tires rotation and for my brakes and rotors. I actually have an appointment here later! I’ve been going to this location for years and they always do an amazing job. It’s easy to schedule online and they have a great waiting area to sit and work. In the meantime everyone is always very professional and kind.

Horrible experience this weekend. I went in to get a tire replaced. I called to confirm that there would be no issues changing one tire and they had tires on hand that would work for my car I was told no problem. I made a 2pm appointment for Saturday they didn’t get to the car until 3pm after sitting there for over two hours I was told they cannot just replace one tire telling me my transmission would fail. They also told me all of my tires were at dangerous levels and need to get changed. I told them to do nothing I will take the car somewhere else. I went home and measured my tires and all of the were still in the green range when I checked them with my tire gauge. Go somewhere else don’t waste your time here.
