This was the first time I've used this shop, and I am so incredibly impressed with the level of service I received. Not only did they check my vehicle from bumper to bumper, they also showed me on my Jeep the things that needed work. They took the time to talk to me (and never spoke down to me being a woman like so many repair shops do), to find out what my vehicle needs/use are. They provided me a fair and honest estimate for the work. Which is exactly what the total came out to when the work was performed. No hidden prices. I am thrilled at the work that was performed and the service that I received. I would definitely recommend going to them for your vehicle needs.

Had a blowout on the freeway which could've been a lot worse! Managed to crawl to this Les Schwab to see what they could do. They were able to get hold of a less common size of tire and install on the spot. Got me out of a tricky situation and we're very compassionate with their approach. Showed lots of integrity and desire to help. Will definitely go back.

Earlier this week, I got a warning from my car that the TPMS detected low tire pressure. Sure enough, it turns out there was a screw in the tire, jammed in right between the treads. I hadn't visited Les Schwab before, but I went to this location because it's close to where I work. I was just hoping that I wouldn't have to replace the tire. Not only were they able to fix it with a patch, but they did it the same day, and didn't charge me anything! I was really surprised to not even have to pay for the labor. I'll definitely come back for future service.

I recently visited this center. I worked on front wheel brake pad replacement and alignment and wheel balancing. I feel labor charges are bit higher compared to other ( 865 charged - overall 400 labor is way high) . I am accessing my vehicle performance to see how is working.

I usually have a really good experience with this store. But I took my 23 kia soul in for a tire rotation. They said my rear brakes were at 3mm. 6 months prior they said they were at 4mm.
It's an almost new car with 25k miles on it. I asked why they would be so low and the kid who I talked to said it's probably because of the electronic parking brakes. My car DOES NOT that. There's a manual parking brake handle he obviously didn't pay attention to. Mind you, I work for an auto parts store that sells them their brake parts.
He then asks me if I want a quote and I said no, because I was taking it to the dealership the following week for and oil change.
Now here's the best part. The dealership actually measured the rear brakes and they're at 7mm.
If you have to go there, only deal with Oscar or Pascual. They are the only 2 people there I would want to touch my car.

Needed an emergency tire repair due to a road trip the next morning. Pulled in just as the store was closing. Staff empathized with our situation and took us in even though they were closing. They inspected the tire, found a screw, and patched it all at no cost. This is above and beyond amazing customer service! I'm sold. Will be giving them my tire business going forward.

Got all 4 tires replaced. The sensor that monitors tire pressure complained that the pressure is incorrect. I went back to the place and the service person told me that my sensor has gone bad. They needed more money (around 100)to fix the sensor. I went to my regular service center, they showed me that the folks at Les Schwab over have put in a lot more air than was required. They released some air from the tire, lo and behold the sensor started reporting all is well. I will really stay away from this place.

30 minutes before closing on Friday I called to ask if they could fix my tire. They said "sure, come in". It's fixed, and it was free!
